This was my first time calling Hope Plumbing, to get a estimate of my plumbing issue. My experience was a 100 percent positive one. The representative that first took my call was very nice and professional. The technician that was dispatched to my home, called me and arrived during the time that was given to me. My technician, Ricky Crawley, was so nice and absolutely professional and helpful in every way. I was given the information and pricing I needed, along with multiple options. I would definitely use Hope Plumbing again, for all future plumbing needs. Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Donny, Mark, and Paul all did a great job. We had Airbnb guests that were checking in on the day we needed plumbing repair, and they helped us out by working quickly and professionally.

I called Bob by phone to see how to best address a frozen pipe issue. He was very generous with his time and explained my options although he would not perform any work and get paid for services. If I need a plumber Bob will definitely be my first call.

I recently used Steg Plumbing for a total house fixtures inspection, cleaning, flushing and kitchen sink replacement after a local water softener installation failure by a national high profile, name brand equipment and service provider distributing resin throughout our total water supply) and their service tech was one of the most friendly, professional and deliberate service professionals I've ever encountered. I recommend them all day long!

I purchased the maintenance plan and I have been highly satisfied. Matt Mooney (Tech) was very thorough, explanatory and professional.

I had a wonderful first-time experience with Service Plus and 3 of their technicians. Dave provided preventative maintenance on my water heater and conducted assessments of my water softener and all of the plumbing throughout the house. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in everything he did. He also took a lot time to answer ALL of my questions and to educate me on the water heater and plumbing system. I also had Trace service my furnace. He provided the same level of exceptional customer service and workmanship. Most recently, Tyler performed a very thorough A/C maintenance inspection on my older unit. He too was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified a couple problems typical of an aging unit and presented me with a few possible plans of action. He was incredibly kind and attentive to my questions & concerns.I'd definitely recommend these outstanding technicians and Service Plus as a wonderful company to be a part of.

Floyd was punctual and very informative about our problems and possible options. He allowed us to ask questions until we understood the situation. He had enthusiasm and you could tell he enjoyed and took pride in his work. We will recommend him to others.

Larry was very friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up so you didn't even know he had been there, except for the new faucets that is. What else could you ask for?

The workers were very respectful and responsible. They cleaned up and protected my floor, walls and carpet. I recommend them highly!

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

I am currently astounded! The associate was on time, walked me through my issue, and presented all the alternatives. I applaud the attention to detail.

I had a major hot water tank leak. David responded quickly to my request and was able to come out the next day. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive so I was able to get other things done as opposed to being stuck waiting. He was courteous and thorough and talked me through all my options. I needed a new tank and he went and got what was needed even though it was almost 5pm and came back and finished the job so we could have hot water that night. He made sure my utility area was clean and tidy after he completed the job and I very much appreciated that he stayed until 7 pm to take care of my issue. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
