We have been using Service Plus for the entire year we’ve lived in our new-to-us home. We had to call them the night we moved in for a plumbing issue and they were out here first thing.Their monthly payment plan for service calls and preventative maintenance is unmatched in my research. Can’t find anything better.We’ve had nothing but polite technicians. We’ve had two issues where the newer electricians have messed up our thermostat, but I do recognize they’re human beings. The more experienced technician who came today walked us through the house and helped us learn all about our HVAC systems and was very pleasant and thorough. Everyone from the techs to dispatch to the supervisor corrected the problems immediately and reimbursed us for the issues we had. We feel respected; that they realize that it was an inconvenience and they made it their priority today to fix it which is really unparalleled these days. I’m very used to being dismissed by other companies, or having to fight for fair and competent communication with a supervisor. There was no fight needed today. It was handled swiftly and efficiently. We are looking forward to continuing to use their services, and recommend them to those in our community.

Floyd was punctual and very informative about our problems and possible options. He allowed us to ask questions until we understood the situation. He had enthusiasm and you could tell he enjoyed and took pride in his work. We will recommend him to others.

We had alarms on our water sensor at our sump pump overnight on a Saturday into a Sunday and called first thing Sunday morning. We left a voicemail and had a return call in less than two minutes from Ryan, who was actually with his family on vacation. He walked through the issue and said someone would call us to schedule. We heard from Danny only a short time later who had us do some diagnostic tests to pinpoint the issue. Once he figured out the problem, he said that while we could probably wait to handle the issue until Monday, he would be able to come over within a couple hours to make the repair. As promised, he arrived within a few hours and repaired the issue quickly and within the budget quoted to us. Very happy with their service and will absolutely call them again for future plumbing issues!

He was awesomeWe are new to the Central AC units so we don't know much about them. He was really good at explaining things to us. After checking our issue it appears that the installation which was from another company was all messed up. I am going to call that contractor about fixing it but if for some reason they don't fix it I will definately have you all do it and even if they do I will call you all for the yearly maintenance for our unit. Recently done a septic repair on a property I’m renting and did not clean up or put things back where they were prior to them coming to fix the issue.
