I have used Carter’s before and have always had good service.

I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldn't ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when ?) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I was definitely impressed and was very worried about the whole process, but they put my mind at ease, right away! Thanks Again, Kyle.

We were seeing water spots on our glassware pretty frequently - he came out to the shop, took a look at our system and helped me tweak settings to get what we need out of our current system. Our toilet has been running for a while. I found 24/7 Plumbing though Angie’s List - now Angi. I received a call from 24/7 Plumbing giving me an ETA of the technician. Juan arrived on time, looked at the problem and immediately knew how to resolve the issue. He gave me a quote for work, asked if he could complete the job and then solved the issue. He was very nice and informative. So much, that they’ll be coming back again for maintenance work.

Drain Busters Indy, a company that has no Competition in my book. I called Mark at 9 O'clock on a Saturday Night. He was leaving a job and decided he could accept our job and would be here to help us. In less than an hour he pulled up. Great Timing!! identified our issue and resolved it. He also discovered an underlying issue that needs attention soon. No hard selling or pressure. He told us what needs to happen and if we need him to do it, just call.
Mark was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Unassuming. Experienced. Analysis was quickly completed and, after a run to obtain a replacement disposer, the trouble was quickly resolved.

I can’t rave enough about second opinion plumbing! They’re honest about the issue and affordable. Initially, I had a different company come out and tell me a whole line needed replaced immediately because it was broken and bellied, charging almost $10k. Shocked and afraid it would back into the house, I almost signed that paper! BUT. Luckily, I called for a second opinion at Second Opinion Plumbing. The line didn’t need replaced at all, it wasn’t broken or bellied. Rob at Second Opinion Plumbing saved me over $9,000. I’m so so thankful! I sound like a commercial on tv lol but it’s true!!! I won’t be using anyone else now. I appreciate honesty and integrity in companies. Second Opinion is just that! Highly recommend!!!

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.
