Our technician Ryan P. was so kind and outgoing! After buying our new home last year unfortunately our water heater gave out due to age and we upgraded to a tankless water heater! We are very happy with the installation as it takes up much less space and he took care to clean up any mess that was made in the process!

Water meter kept running. They came out and said it was a leak in the slab. The technician kept looking and ended up finding our toilet was leaking so small that it was hard to detect. Great work.

Excellent technician! Zo was knowledgeable and knew what to do to get the job done.I have used Petermans for my plumbing in the past and they couldn’t unclog the drain and they sent out 4 different techs, gave me 3 different solutions, 3 different quotes which was 3x the cost of Roto Rooter.Zo also informed me of plumbing issues that might be of concern in the crawl space going forward. Petermans has been in my crawl space a half dozen times in the past year & never made mention of these issues.I will use Roto Rooter for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

I had this company come for an estimate. In the end I decided to go another route, however, Orlando was so great to work with. He was extremely courteous, professional and personable. I really enjoyed speaking with him and feel a little bad we opted to go another direction but it had nothing to do with Orlando.

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

This company is great! The people are knowledgeable and professional and personable. They also repaired a gas leak and re piped the whole house. I would recommend them to anyone. They also clean up after themselves

Put in a new tankless water heater, replacing an traditional tank. They showed up on time worked straight through and finished earlier than expected. Pricing was exactly what they quoted. Everything works great and they cleaned up after. Highly recommend.

John is the best plumber I have ever came into contact with. He’s very personable cares for his customers and is extremely great on price. He has gone above and beyond for me on two visits now. I will only use him for my plumbing needs. I recommend calling him over any big name plumbing company. He even came out around 11 at night when my basement flooded.
