The service overall was good as I needed to have a water heater installed immediately for an elderly tenant. I was pleased.

Our $3813 experience lasted for a very long week when we called BF Plumbing. They replaced our back flush valve in our sewer line but that was not the real problem. After running their root cutter thru a couple of times it still did not fix our problem. BUT they could fix it, but not on day#6. No date was given when they could do it.PLUS they wanted over $1800.00 more.So we called in someone else. He came out the same day we called and fixed it for a lot less than $1800. Thank God for Brent T. and his fast honest Service.

Exterior spigot had a slow drip. Reached out to get quote. They came out the same day and performed the repair. Office contact was super nice and plumber was super friendly. He was professional, kind, respectful, fun, and provide exceptional customer service. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Service arrived within 1.5 hours of my call on a Monday evening. The technician, Jeff, was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. Will use RR again in the future (but hopefully not too soon).

Ken and Jen were an amazing, A+, installation team!! They were extremely knowledgeable, answered our many questions patiently, and had such enjoyable personalities !! 1) patient in returning a second day when we couldn’t get access inside the home to finish the job; 2) secured a flue left undone by the water heater installer earlier; 3) secured the furnace flue at the roof line which was incorrectly installed. 4) educated us on the unfortunate discovery that the AC and furnace were on the same circuit breaker, 5) and other competent, excellent service. We were very pleased, and recommend their work to the highest degree!

I had fantastic service from Big Frog Plumbing. I got a new shower head installed and they were there on time, and finished the work promptly. Would highly recommend.

The technician called to let me know when he was on his way. I also liked being able to check the app to show the estimated arrival time. The technician was polite and professional. To notes of what the problem was and went right to work. My issue was a clogged bathroom sink drain. He cleared the drain and it works great. Took him about 30 minutes. He explained everything to me and made sure the area was as he found it. Did a wonderful job and I will certainly use him again if I ever have a drain issue. Great job.

Where do I start?! Tony & his team have taken care of our plumbing (and natural gas) needs for years. They are always on time, do fantastic work, and bill me very fairly. We recently remodeled our kitchen and the Hellyer Plumbing team was there to find innovative solutions to complex problems. They are the only plumbing team I use personally and the only team I recommend to friends and family.

I've worked with Indy Water on multiple occasions. The first time was when we had frozen pipes, and Indy Water was here within 24 hours to help. We had no idea where the frozen pipe was in the house. It was quickly found and fixed. The second time was when we were remodeling a bathroom and Indy Water installed new facets and a shower kit. The most recent time was when we had a leak and Indy Water was here within a couple of hours.

We worked with Laura and Kima from Roto Rooters, and had a great experience from start to finish! Laura took my phone call, and was able to schedule a nearby technician to come out and help us within the hour. Kima was our technician. He listened to our problem, and explained different possible solutions, and what the price would be for each before he did anything. He said he would start with the lowest option and work our way up if the problem persisted. Thankfully, the first option cleared our drain! :) Kima gave us some tips on how to keep it from clogging again. He was so helpful, we were very thankful for him
