I'm not mych of a review guy, but here's my two cents. Austin was able to fix my leaking shower pretty quick once he got here. He called when he was on the way got here precisely when he said he would . Very knowledgeable on the details on my houses plumbing situation once he diagnosed the issue (took him maybe 5 seconds). I'll most definitely use Hope Plumbing again in the future.

We have previously gone through our home warranty for previous plumbing issues that just never were resolved. We decide to call Mr. Rooter instead this time and got an appointment same day and they were able to send someone out earlier than our appointment! Technician Kris arrived promptly, even though it was a Saturday afternoon, and was very polite. He explained the possible problems clearly and went straight to work. He worked efficiently and had the drain pipes flowing again in no time at all. I will use Roto-Rooter again in the future and would recommend them to friends. Thanks for the great service!

I had a late night plumbing emergency at a vacation rental house I own. The main sewer line was clogged causing the toilet on the main floor to overflow when someone used the upstairs shower. Scott at Gurney Bush came out at 11pm at night and resolved the issue and also educated us on how to prevent the issue in the future. And the charge for late night emergency service was very reasonable. Best overall plumbing experience in years across all of the properties we own/manage. Would definitely recommend and will use again. A++++++

My water heater went out late on a Saturday night. I waited till Sunday and started calling around in the morning. Whereas some people wanted anywhere from $109 to $150 to come out and take a look, Pat was willing to troubleshoot over the phone before even coming out. With an extreme amount of patience that I myself may not have even had, he was able to walk me through the troubleshooting as well as figure out what my problem was. With it being under warranty, I was able to order the part overnight myself. I ordered the part first thing on Monday morning, the part came in on Tuesday afternoon, and Pat was very flexible about when he could come out on Wednesday to put the part in. When he got here he was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and was in and out in no time. For the simple fact that I'm a single homeowner, and also happened to be a girl, a lot of times some places will try to take advantage of you. Just for the simple fact that he was willing to talk me through it over the phone to begin with instead of coming out and charging a call, that alone was enough for me to go with him to do the work. When you've been add in that he then worked with me on scheduling, got the work done quickly, and was very reasonably priced, he will absolutely have my business from now on as well as me referrals for him to anyone who asks. We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

Danny and his Indy Water Heater team are great at what they do in every way...period. Winters Plumbing has jumped into any job I needed done with no hesitation. This speaks volumes as to years of experience in plumbing. My jobs were never an easy task because my house is 100 years old.

Assurance Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company to come out November 24th from 9a-4p to fix a kitchen sink stoppage. On the day of appointment, I called to confirm that someone would be coming out. Appointment was confirmed. I called periodically throughout the day and again after 4pm(after appt time). After 4pm, they stopped answering my calls. I had my warranty company call and they answered them stating that someone would contact me shortly and they were still sending someone out. I called them again, no answer. No one showed up! This was very inconvenient considering it was the day before Thanksgiving. Bad business!
