Then provided estimates and was able to complete initially requested service quickly, cleaning up throughout whole process and very courteous. ? Will definately engage Hope Plumbing for additional items needing service!

Referred to company off of Angie. Called me almost immediately to offer services. I asked how much this would cost and lady told me she could not quote my install because she did not know how long it would take. I said that’s fine, what’s the hourly rate you bill so I can estimate? (I knew this was an hour and a half job, max). She said she couldn’t give me an hourly rate because it depended on the technician. Which to me seemed odd but I said okay fine. So the person comes to the house the next day, and I told my wife to get a price before he starts. He said $670. To replace an existing garbage disposal and the other one was already removed. I said tell him absolutely not and we will find someone else. He then told her he would do it for $473 instead. Why were being price gouged in the first place is an issue with me, but this price was still insane for a disposal. I said ask him why it’s so expensive, and his response was that the work would take 3-4 hours relocating the drain pipe and then installing the disposal. So in my mind for 3-4 hours of work $473 was reasonable. Way more than I expected since I was pretty confident no plumbing needed moved, but he’s the expert. So he does the work but magically, is done in an hour and 40 minutes as I expected. Except, they still charge my wife $473. So half the amount of time quoted, but same price? So I call the company after he leaves and inquire why something that was was quoted for 3-4 hours at $473 (originally $670) was still $473 when it took half the time. The new lady says they don’t quote work by the hour they quote by the job. Which is the complete opposite thing as what the first rep (Macy) told me and what the technician said as well. So I said why was I told by two people it’s hourly and they couldn’t quote me a price because they didn’t know the length of time , if time isn’t a factor in the price. She said she would escalate and someone would call me by the end of the day. Well not to my surprise, that didn’t happen. I will be disputing this with the credit care company and they can sort it out, but I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone. The technician was very polite and nice, did great work and was wonderful to my wife, so there’s really nothing bad to say about him. But the company is underhanded, lies about pricing, and when they provide pricing it’s 20-30% more than what they actually want to do the work, just to see if you’ll pay it.

On time. Pleasant and polite. Kept me informed. Educated us that service contract had expired. Ruled out internal plumbing problems for low pressure issue. Referred us to Citizens water company for check of meter and water main condition. Requested second technician to inspect the crawl space per chronic bad odor in bathroom. Answered all our questions.

Chris the plumber show up right on time as I was told. He gave me options on what could be the problem and pricing. Unfortunately it was a large price but my brother said what was wrong was expensive to fix. Chris fixed the toilet in an hour once he had the parts. Great service.

My experience was so different from every review here, I have to wonder if the reviews are solicited or fraudulent. I called to have a plumber look at our gas water heater. It makes popping noises when heating, and some research tells me that's normal while other research says it's a cause for concern. They told me they'd have someone out within an hour. It was almost 90 minutes later when someone showed up. No biggie. He was nice enough, but didn't even tell me his name (while most of the other reviews call out Techs by name and sometimes number). He didn't know why I had called, which makes me wonder if they even sent someone with water heater experience. I took him to the water heater and turned up the heat to force it to kick on. I told him the unit is 11 years old, but I don't want to replace it just for age because a wall will have to be removed to replace. He told me he had lots of experience with this water heater, while waiting for it to start making noise. He then told me it wasn't good, and not normal, and that it should be replaced because it's getting old. Never having looked at the brand, model, or manufacture date, he said, So you say it's 20 years old? I reminded him I had said 11 years. He immediately started looking at the room around it and commenting on how difficult it would be to get the tank out. He took a picture of the wall I told him would have to come down, then went out to his van to check on something. Later he comes back to the door and tells me it isn't good and can't be fixed and asked if I wanted an estimate. He pulled out his cell phone and showed a picture of a partial price list water heater like mine for $1,920 installed, including tax. He then scrolled through other pictures on his phone showing me something new that had to be installed with it due to code changes this year. I couldn't understand what he called it because he was Vietnanese(?) and struggled with English. His estimate didn't take into consideration the wall that would have to be removed. Overall, I was disappointed that the responding plumber seemed to know more about trying to sell a water heater than diagnosing one. I find it odd that most other reviews list a Tech name and even ID#, and my Tech didn't even provide his name. Online reviews can be easily manipulated. Based on my experience today, this RR doesn't provide the great service that everyone seems to rave about. I would suggest choosing a plumber by getting a referral from a trusted friend rather than 90+ questionable online reviews. I won't be calling them again.

Service Plus is always prompt and able to fix whatever it is I need with same day service. Tim was great to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t try to sell me other products.

I had fantastic service from Big Frog Plumbing. I got a new shower head installed and they were there on time, and finished the work promptly. Would highly recommend.

We had them come out and quote wet jetting our sewers. We've had to replace our floors twice because of overflowing sewers. Scott was terrific when he used the camera to look in the sewers and explain what we were looking at. Scott is having the other team come back to wet jet towards the street and revise what they wet jetted towards the house. I am not sure why both sides weren't done to begin with. We are still in the middle of this process. It is a little inconvenient to have to have them come out twice for they could have done once.

We used Hellyer to install a new water heater and also to service our water heater a few years later because of hard water build up. Tony was professional and great at explaining everything to me. I think Hellyer provides great quality service at reasonable prices, and we are so thankful to them for their hard work and expertise!

Mark is a Lifesaver! I called mister quick and they said they couldn't get my kitchen sink drain clear. They said they would need a specialist to come out with a camera and then give me more options and they wouldn't be able to do that for a couple days!
I called Mark at Drain Busters and he was confident that he could get it clear and he did! He got to my house right away, did a very thorough job, worked very quickly, and all for a better price than the big retail plumbers.
Not only did he do a great job on my plumbing, but when I was about to leave the house, my whole tire fell off from my ball joints breaking. Mark was still there and stayed with me calling tow trucks and sent me to a repair shop he knows about. He even drove me to the repair shop and to an auto parts store to get the parts.
I cant say enough about Marks integrity, helpfulness, and work ethic. He truly saved me in so many ways.

I called and I don't think he understood what I was trying to say. I thnk this is one man with his own company, not like a corporation. He was friendly but not structured. Did not use services.

My water heater went out late on a Saturday night. I waited till Sunday and started calling around in the morning. Whereas some people wanted anywhere from $109 to $150 to come out and take a look, Pat was willing to troubleshoot over the phone before even coming out. With an extreme amount of patience that I myself may not have even had, he was able to walk me through the troubleshooting as well as figure out what my problem was. With it being under warranty, I was able to order the part overnight myself. I ordered the part first thing on Monday morning, the part came in on Tuesday afternoon, and Pat was very flexible about when he could come out on Wednesday to put the part in. When he got here he was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and was in and out in no time. For the simple fact that I'm a single homeowner, and also happened to be a girl, a lot of times some places will try to take advantage of you. Just for the simple fact that he was willing to talk me through it over the phone to begin with instead of coming out and charging a call, that alone was enough for me to go with him to do the work. When you've been add in that he then worked with me on scheduling, got the work done quickly, and was very reasonably priced, he will absolutely have my business from now on as well as me referrals for him to anyone who asks. I have used Petree twice now. They always show up on time and do a good job. They seem honest and fair with their approach.

Danny completed plumbing work on our home recently. I was extremely impressed by his overall professionalism. Very professional , courteous and pleasant to work with. Installed my complete Gas line to my home , cleaned up any mess and did not leave until it was inspected.
