I've worked with Hope a few times, they are always professional and do good work. 4 stars instead of 5 because it's hard to keep appointment timeframes, though that is to be expected for plumbers that do emergency work. Definitely recommend the membership thing; it's worth the discounts and couple of free services.

Bill Giles at Mr. Rooter was excellent. We had an awful situation on extreme snow day with pipes that burst. He was friendly and professional and repaired everything and installed a new water softener. He thoroughly tested all faucets when job completed. Someone was at my door within an hour after I called.

This contractor was on time and did a good job.

Highly highly recommend. My main line was backed up and had about 4 inches of sewer water in my basement. In a couple hours it was good as new. Any major company would've taken days and multiple appointments to vaccuum the water, and then unclog the pipe.

Great experienced worker and clean job

I can't say enough about how awesome Pat is. He worked tirelessly to remove a stubborn clog in the sewer line. It was past normal working hours and he did not charge anymore than his original quote even though he put in way more time that I am sure he expected. He went way beyond to make sure the job was done and he cleaned up the mess. You will not regret giving Pat your business. 10 stars!

Have used Petree several times and have been very satisfied. They were here this week to fix a clogged drain. My only concern was that they did not wear masks. I am an older customer and I want to be careful in these Covid 19 days.
