Nathan did a very professional job in installing our sump pump, it was a long job lasting around 6 hours. He had to assess the pump requirements and go out to purchase a new one, then reconfigure the plumbing to allow for sealing of the radon system. My problem is more the exorbitant price I had to pay and the requirement to join their membership for $132/ year. The entire cost to me was $3,438.60.
I had the same job done 7 years ago for $1940, which I thought was exorbitant. But Pristine's charge is 77% higher. The pump cost was $768.60. The installation was $2538 and $132 membership fee. If I didn't take the membership the cost would have been over $3700.
The installation cost of $2538 for 6 hours of work comes out to $423/ hrs.
Who makes $423 per hour?
I am retired and on fixed-income, this is an example of inflation and maybe to some extent extortion to me.
Are there any plumbers out there charging less ??????

This was my first time using Weilhammer Plumbing. They installed a new water heater for me in my home. Mark was very friendly and responded to my inquiry for an estimate very quickly. He has considerable knowledge and was willing to talk through my concerns with me offering professional advice. The installation was not an emergency, but scheduled within two days per my request. On the day of the installation, he arrived on time and had with him all the supplies he needed. He was very careful bringing in the water heater and taking it upstairs....No damage to the carpet or hand railing. I watched him as he worked and I could quickly tell he takes pride in doing the job right!! The installation was completed neatly and at a very reasonable price. Job well done, I will definitely be using Weilhammer Plumbing in the future.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Chris was absolutely incredible! He literally saved us!! We had a main line back up with actual sewage coming in to our finished basement. Another plumber came out and tried to sell us a $5000 clean out and said he was sure it was roots in the pipe. Chris listened to me and said he wanted to try to snake from the internal pipe first. He admitted it was a long shot and not to get my hopes up but he tried anyway. After about an hour of trying...success....he cleared the clog, saved me thousands, and saved the day. Thanks Char and Thanks Roto-Rooter. we will NEVER call anyone else!

5 stars to Cameron and Jason for the plumbing repair work. Previous owners had covered up the crawl space access and we were left in the dark how to get underneath the house. After some troubleshooting, these guys found the access panel, located the leak, replaced the water lines, and installed new ball valves. Courteous and extremely helpful with my questions and concerns and they were very conscious and considerate cleaning up after the repair. I would most definitely recommend these guys for any future repair work. Thank you Cameron and Jason.

Our sewer drain was clogged, and they took care of it same day for under $100. Hayden was very nice and knowledgeable, letting me know what he was doing every step of the way without being condescending. He fixed the immediate issue and set us up to find a solution for the long-term problem.

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

Can't say enough about the great job Hellyer Plumbing did installing a new water line on my property. The crew worked long hours to get the job done as fast as possible, which we appreciated very much, considering we were without running water. One day without running water is more than enough to make you realize how much we take it for granted. Thank you, Hellyer!

Very polite and customer oriented. I had a long list of things that needed done we just moved into our first home and the plumbing was definitely neglected. Everything was done quickly and correctly. Very happy with the overall experience!

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Chose Peterman to replace the old furnace and AC from the 1970s on the house we bought in April of 2021. Brand new, top of the line unit that cost us just shy of $22,000! The install took much longer than we were told, and the unit was freezing over and not working properly within a month of the install. From May of 2021 through January of 2022, the system broke and needed repairs literally once a month at least, sometimes more. Communication from them is always awful. The AC was never fixed before we needed to stop using it for the heat, and the heat didn’t work once switched over. The heat was “fixed” and worked kind of through the winter, but now is once again not working. It has been two weeks, and they still haven’t fixed it, even after telling us the problem is the exact same problem at last winter, and they messed up and only replaced one of the two parts that should’ve have been replaced back in October of 2021. They no-called, no-showed to an appointment this past Monday. I was told today that a manager would be getting with me and have heard nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as of now, and hope they will finally take me seriously and do better. If I could go back in time, I’d give a better company my hard-earned 22 grand. STAY AWAY. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Puia was awesome. Within 30 minutes of me calling for service, he was at the door and working on the issue (basement drain was backing up...YUCK!). I wasn't expecting such efficient service, and I am very grateful to have the problem resolved! He also explained some unusual piping through our house that we were previously unaware of. So, yes, we are very grateful to have everything resolved immediately, especially with it being such a yucky problem. Thank you for the great service!

We just had a new gas line and water heater installed by some really great people at best indy. They are really knowledgeable and professional. We will use them for any of our future needs.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
