The technician was friendly and polite. He explained what the options they offered in installing my water line. He showed me what he was going to do. After he completed his work he asked if I had any questions. In addition, he cleaned up thoroughly before he left. In all, I had a very good experience with Hope Plumbing and would highly recommend them.

Also, everyone on the phone before Bill came over was great too though I can't remember their names. From start to finish it was a superb project. I'll be using Rooter for any and all future plumbing needs.

Old house plumbing issues - a ton of roots and then offsets at the lateral/main joint. We were really pleased with the whole service from the single guy at first with the extra-powered snake (on a Saturday afternoon after Thanksgiving) to the small crew that came out a couple of days later to send a camera down the pipes and then dig up part of the yard. We were pleased with the speed, quality, and accuracy of the work. We were given a couple of options of what to do - smaller fix with later regular maintenance required versus a much larger complete redo but that would be more disruptive in the short term and mean taking down mature trees, as well as front steps and walk. Both options were clearly explained and priced competitively. The Field Supervisor kept in good contact with updates, and before you know it they also had the city out to repair part of the main (necessary). If something like this had to happen I can't imagine having a better experience. I'd rather not have to spend this much money, but I can honestly say that it was well worth it, and we'll always call Roto-Rooter first!

Came home to a pin hole in my water pipe. Rodolfo came immediately to evaluate the problem, and fix ASAP. He worked efficiently and quickly to repair the pipes in my wall. Not my first time using Plumb Doctor, and probably not the last (although would love to avoid anymore isolated issues! Haha)

We always use Hamm & Sons for all our plumbing needs. We live in an older house and have had to have the drain cleaned, pipes all switched out all our old metal piping and fixed various leaks throughout the years.
They have always been arrived on time, everyone they've sent out has been friendly, efficient, and explain what the situation is, what they will do to repair/replace and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough for all your plumbing needs!

Bobby arrived at his scheduled time & quickly saw the problem with the garbage disposal. Then he fixed it so that it worked even better than before! Very efficient and courteous. Will definitely use B&W again!

James the boiler man got right to the heart of the problem and fixed my 18 year old gas boiler system for $106, and showed me how to take care of it myself if it should break again in the future. I gave them my HVAC maintenance business going forward.Two other corporate outfits had previously quoted exorbitant numbers, for the repair, and then explained that it might not even be the solution. Predatory stuff. If it were below zero, I might have fallen for it. Hooray for Howald!!

I do not recommend Gordons Plumbing, they do poor quality work. They did not have an inspection done by the city before burying the pipes, otherwise it would have not passed inspection. We got ripped off.

I've been using Roby's for 15 years at my 100-year-old home and have had nothing but positive experiences. Their estimates routinely come in under other plumbers and the work is always solid. Once they fix it, it stays fixed!

Joel was absolutely awesome! He is very knowledgeable, does what is in the best interest of the customer, got everything done very quickly - especially with how complicated the situation was, and always kept me updated throughout the entire process. Would give six stars if I could!

Did a wonderful job, installing kitchen sink, whole house water filter. He is wonderful and perfectionist. We are really happy with the work.
