Evan was trustworthy, down to earth, reliable, and clean! He used gloves to remove old toilet and disposed of them before touching anything else. Left my my place as clean as it was when he got there. Worked late just to work with my schedule since he didn’t have the toilet in stock when he came out on the Saturday before. Everyone at the entire company that I came in contact with was professional and reliable. Thank you hope plumbing!

Zo was my technician and he is excellent at his trade. He determined the problem, fixed the leak, replaced the broken spigot and pipe and verified that no more issues were present by inspecting his work. Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Good company that knows what they are doing but very expensive. When I asked why it cost over $500 to replace 2 Delta shower cartridges, they responded saying the parts cost $300. Really? Felt like I was taken advantage of.

They were Very helpful and asked questions about how your life is. Also shared things about their lives ' just a pleasure to have when things go wrong. Helps make the Best of a successful start to a better life. Thank you sweeties for everything ?

Our tech Dan showed up early, which was awesome, and walked me through all of the stuff he was doing/checking with our furnace. He was incredibly informative and not once did he try and upsell. My dogs took to him right away, which told me all I needed to know about his character. All of the interactions we've had with Howald (a/c and now furnace) have been pleasant. It's never fun to have issues with major expense items, but Howald's staff has this way of making things feel less horrible and solidly manageable. They have continued to earn our business with both actions and words and I'm so grateful to have stumbled across this company! So thankful to the friends who recommended them!

I called Gordon Plumbing since they were a vendor referred by AO Smith as a certified vendor. I was having a problem with my water heater not providing hot water. The tech came to my home and he had a great demeanor. He told me that I was not receiving hot water because there was lime build up. He said to fix the problem that I should install a water softener. Gordon does not sell water softener’s so I called another company to purchase one. The informed me that installing a water softenter is not going to make hot water flow through out my home. This is a measure that needs to be taken after the water heater has been flushed out. This is more of a preventive measure, that it would not remove all the existing lime build up. I called Gordon Plumbing back to inform them of this. The young lady who answered the phone was the rudest customer service rep, I have even encountred. She told me she could send out another technician but I would be another service fee after I had already paid 140.00 with no resolution to the problem. She customer service rep agreed that he should have offered to drain the tank but he never did. I asked to speak with the manager several times, she said “I heard you say that several times”. She never put a manger on the line, only told me that she had spoken with the manger and they could come back out and drain the water heater for another fee or cancel the appointment. I cancelled the appointment after being mistreated and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS THEY WILL NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM AND WILL BE RUDE TO YOU AS WELL AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THEM. BEWARE!!!! 2-15-18
