Great experience with Hope Plumbing. I received some sad news that my 9 year old water heater needed to go, but Austin Walker took care of the issue quickly, professionally and with expert knowledge. He went through the pricing with me in detail, explained service and warranty... and overall I feel very comfortable with my investment. Highly recommend him specifically.

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our building is challenging as it is big but they figured things out- got to work and at the end of the day- cleaned up! Thanks guys!

We use them for our commercial property and I must say! The fact that I used someone else before hand was absurd!!!!! Great service and he's about his business.. Highly recommended..

While I was satisfied with the overall service there was one thing I didn't like. When the plumber asked if it was ok if he cut a small hole in the textured drywall ceiling of the laundry closet to run his camera and view the dryer vent I said sure, no problem. If I had known beforehand that he wasn't going to do anything to patch the hole after he was done my answer would have been different. So I now have a hole that's 2-3 inches by 2-3 inches in the ceiling of my laundry closet that will let in any type of critter that wants to come in and I, being a first time homeowner, have no knowledge of how to do any kind of drywall patching to fix the issue.

Great team that has done multiple jobs around my home. Highly recommend!!

We had a pipe burst and couldn’t get the water shut off. Plumbing Doctors was there within a few minutes to help us out.

This is the fourth time we have used Larry for plumbing issues. This time we needed a toilet replaced. He was also kind enough to replace filters on our under-the-sink reverse osmosis system. I can not say enough good things about Larry except “hire him”.

Peterman Brothers is the 4th company I’ve had come out to my (very old) condo over the last 2ish years and they have by far been the best. Mitchell is professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. His 18 years of experience working with furnaces showed regarding his recommendations to ensure the safe operation of our furnace. His response time was immediate and he provided pictures. I trust his recommendation and would employ him again.
I also worked with Kevin on light installs and a new showerhead! He helped me find the right showerhead as the one I bought did not work. He showed me exactly all the work he was going to do with the lights and he installed them to perfection. He even shot me pics of his work! Efficient Systems is awesome, and John the Manager and I believe Brittany that help coordinate, are friendly, professional, helpful and are the epitomy of customer service. They will get my new furnace business come Fall.

Aqueduct was quick to respond to my request, professional with his correspondence, and skilled and efficient with repair work. He was determined to finish in one day even though there were obstacles. I would highly recommend. Aqueduct plumbing. I will definitely use Aqueduct Plumbing when I need a plumber!!

Eric for All Pro Pluming Services came to supply and install a new garbage disposal under our kitchen sink. He was efficient and tidied up after he had finished at a cost that I thought very reasonable. The work appears to be well done and without any fuss. Thank you Eric.

Don't bother unless you like being stood up. I waited on this company for hours and re arranged my whole day just so they could not show and not bother to call and tell me they couldn't make it. When I tried to call them, both of their numbers were shut off and went to voicemail. Very unprofessional!
