This was my first time using 800-Plumber. Jeremy was on time, very professional and knowledgeable of my situation and quickly had a resolution to the problem!

Had some issues with my AC unit and needed to get a thorough assessment of what was needed to resolve this. The tech was onsite and did several tests and went the extra mile to ensure that we could resolve the issue. Probably the most refreshing thing was that there was no attempt to “up sell” me on other products and gave me a true analysis of what could be done with my existing unit. I will say, that since he was out and made the changes, my AC is running much more efficiently and my house is so much more comfortable in this unbearable heat!

This company has the worse customer service and refused to provide me with their company cooperate number Their plumbers don’t wear uniforms and have drug addict attitudes I would not recommend them to fix nothing the do a half job and the problem is never resolved and they still bill you outrageous prices for poor work

Today was a little different need with our heat in our home. As our temperature in our house dropped during a crazy winter storm, Chad was quick to respond to our HEATING HVAC needs!

He texted when on his way, and was super professional and knowledgeable about our HVAC system. He was amazing to work on a crazy super frigid cold ? day!! He provided a clear and concise description of repair with my husband and myself after a complete inspection. Fees were very reasonable too. Highly recommend!!! The Peterman Brothers employees that came out to take care of my sewer repair were straight forward with what was needed to complete my repair.I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any HVAC or plumbing problems that people have.All of the people that came out were very personable and answered all questions I may have had during the process of the repair.

Dustin was timely, professional and thorough.
He looked at a second issue with a downstairs toilet and explained what happening.
I was impressed with his explanation of the photos he took so future service tech will know what they are walking into. Excellent!

Quick, quality, craftsmen....I had what I thought was a stop valve problem that turned into something much bigger the next AM. Quality understood my need for quick help, delayed an install to come to triage me first...and then came back and fixed my odd (3/8 pex) problem in the afternoon after parts were found. Same day! They also recommended a restoration company that came in and gave me an honest assessment which didn't include them doing any work, but he did give me tips on how to get it done.
