I'm not mych of a review guy, but here's my two cents. Austin was able to fix my leaking shower pretty quick once he got here. He called when he was on the way got here precisely when he said he would . Very knowledgeable on the details on my houses plumbing situation once he diagnosed the issue (took him maybe 5 seconds). I'll most definitely use Hope Plumbing again in the future.

Wes and another employee spent the day draining our water heater, replacing pipes to the water softener, and installing quarter turns in the kitchen and one bathroom. They were professional and friendly. They did the job and
Wes came back to take care of a problem that was a result of the work done. He was accompanied on the next visit by a seasoned plumber who was able to solve the dilemma. It was a good experience for all. We are impressed by the work ethic of Wes,
Shawn and everyone at the company.

Robert did a fantastic job today. He fixed the leak and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. I will definetly be recommending this place to other.

Austin showed up promptly when scheduled and completed the task of removing and installing two sinks in the bathroom. There was a problem with the new faucet drain pipe and so he was able to utilize the older drains after cleaning them up with the new faucets. Very pleased with his service and attention to detail.

Three different plumbers/companies before Leon just put a bandaid on the problem but Leon actually solved it for us! He’s efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and all-over great to work with! We will definitely use Top Dog Plumbing again if we need to!

Jason Thompson was a terrific help and provided great customer service. I’m glad he was the service man that came to our home today to replace our well pump. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. I have work with QPH for a short time but each time they are very polite, experienced, and highly efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing or HVAC needs.

Kitchen Sink Leak - Disposer

Unassuming. Experienced. Analysis was quickly completed and, after a run to obtain a replacement disposer, the trouble was quickly resolved.

In May of 2014, we installed a 2.5 ton Goodman air conditioning unit. The price was $1,600. We began having issues in August of 2017 with the unit. They changed the compressor twice, the inner coils, and added refrigerant a couple times. As they began guessing on the diagnosis of the problem with our unit and replaced our inner coils for $850. This was the last effort by McNeely to figure out why the unit kept failing. Eventually the bill ballooned to approximately $2,000 for a problem that started out with our compressor failing. The unit has now had three different compressors, a new fan, and electrical components. Once we challenged the bill, McNeely put a lean on our house. Once we obtained legal counsel, we agreed to a set payment and to part ways. Anyone in their right mind would have never agreed to spend $2,000 on a unit we purchased for $1,600. We could have simply replaced the unit for that. As of August 2018, we now have our 4th compressor failing. I change the filter every three months and ensure regular maintenance is completed on the unit. Proceed with caution!

My work is not done, I am owed a water heater, water softener, hook up of the pressure tank. Almost paid in full and most of the work is not done. I question a few things that are done if they are done correctly. No one answers the phone now. Was told they went out of business last week. I called left two messages and now I get a busy single. Any update would be appreciated. I pray they follow through and get it done.
