Bill was great! After a couple of weeks of our garbage disposal not working, we scheduled an appointment. He texted to confirm the time the night before and let me know he may be a little late due to an earlier appointment - awesome communication - and only showed up a few minutes past 10:30. He was quick, efficient, had no issue pinpointing the problem (how a rock managed to get down there, I’ll never know), and was in and out in 15 minutes, leaving me with a fixed garbage disposal, a quick dejamming-a-garbage-disposal how-to, and the knowledge that if it leaks, it’s gotta get replaced. Mike is the guy you want working on your plumbing needs. I had him come out and install a gas line for me. I was originally going to do it myself and had already purchased the materials. He didn't blink an eye, used my parts and charged me a reasonable hourly rate. Also, he obviously takes pride in his work and I recommend him highly. I'll be calling him next time.

The Tech showed up 2 hours late. Then he said he did not have the parts and would return the next day. He showed up one hour late this time. Still did not have the parts. He went to Menards to buy parts and fixed the faucet. The price was WAY TO HIGH. The Tech keep talking about how little he was making on the job after Roto router took their cut.I will never use them again!!!!!!
