Best Water Leak Repair in Indianapolis IN

All points plumbing was assigned to come and fix my bath tub through my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty. They reshceduled more than five times and I would rearrange my schedule and wait for them to show and they always had excuses. Finally, I was able to get a time when someone was going to show up but the technician told me it was going to be around 10:00 at night. I told the technician that was way too late to come to my home. I finally was able to get a technician out to my home after calling and complaining to my home warranty company about them not showing up and they had called the agency and told them I wasn't home when they showed up in the past which is not true. When the technician finally came to my home after I he was over 2 hours late for the appointment and I had to call beg someone to please come and assess my issue the technician walked right in asking how I would pay my co-payment before he even looked at or addressed the issue that I had been waiting for over one month to be fixed. The technician explained the reason why both of my bathtubs were running the hot water so slowly was because of something with the faucet. When he called my warranty company they said I needed to call the manufacturer of my faucet and have them send new faucets but my home warranty company said they would cover the cost of the labor. The technician told me not to worry he had extra faucets in his shop and he would return in three days to install them. He told my copay and went and sent a totally different diagnosis other than what he had told me which he knew would not be covered by my home warranty company. Two days later after I called and complained to my home warranty service about the horrible experience I had with this company the technician sent another diagnosis where he stated my plumbing issues were marked unnecessary which is untrue. Both of my tubs are dripping out hot water, there is no power and no flow. I am a bath enthusiast and cannot take a bath because it takes over 45 minutes to fill my tub and by the time it fills the water is cold. There is barely enough water to take a shower. I am a travel nurse practitioner and I have been on the front lines for the last year in and out of hotels and I was looking forward to be able to take baths again in my tub since I hadn't been able to because I have been living in hotels for the last year. I also diagnose and treat patients and never have I told a patient one thing, put another thing in there chart and then went back and changed their diagnosis without notifying them of my supporting clinical findings for the change in diagnosis and the treatment recommendations. It is unethical and immoral to lie to a customer, saying you will be back to finish a job when u have no intentions of doing so and than lie so you wont have to come back and do the work you were paid to do. I still cant take a decent bath or shower, I have to pay out of pocket since the technician lied to my company and he said I had sediment in my water heater, and replace the water heater which in some circumstances it can be covered but not the way in which the technician lied and said it was due to sediment. The technician also had a horrible cough, wore his mask more like a chin strap than a face covering, I have taken care of hundreds of Covid-19 patients across the nation and I was scared to have him in my home with this barking cough but thank God I'm fully vaccinated.

Had them come out because my AC unit outside wouldn't come on. I self diagnosed the problem as having a bad capacitor. The technician came out and replaced it, and is now running smoothly. Super nice guy and courteous. Sucks a 20 dollar part installed cost 320.00 but it is what it is. Not sure why you get charged for a service call either when you're paying for a repair. All and all would recommend, and will use again in the future.

We had a great experience with Randy from Chapman. Our AC was broken so we were a bit desperate. After getting several crazy quotes, we called Chapman. Randy came quickly and was honest about what we actually needed and what would make the biggest impact in terms of energy savings. After replacing the resin in my water softener, I had come to the limit of my own ability to get the unit back in service. I hesitated to contact a plumber, expecting they would merely insist that I abandon my efforts and purchase a brand new softener. Jason arrived and respected my objective to remain with the current unit and within minutes resolved the problem I'd pursued for more than a month, saving me much money and preserving the efforts I'd already invested in the repair. He's very considerate, knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional and skilled. I couldn't be happier.

Awful experience. The tech couldn’t clean my main drain and advised that a supervisor would be giving me a call to come back no charge the following day. When I called the next day to find out when the supervisor was going to be out, the woman I spoke to advised that there was no mention of that on the paper work but would have him call me in 10-15 minutes. I called back 45 minutes later and the woman I spoke to became belligerent with me and said that I was rude. I just wanted my drain cleaned and to know when the supervisor would be out. She then advised me that I was not the only person in the city who had a clogged drain and a supervisor would call when he was available. I asked her what I had paid for covered and she hung up on me. I hired another company and they cleaned it out pretty easily. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I had Joe out on December 27th 2018 to install a new water signer that he provided. I had never had a water softener before and have assumed after all this time that it had been installed properly.
I had a plumber out today for a different issue with a valve and while looking at my softener, it had been installed completely wrong and had never been working since the day I had it installed!
Now because it was installed incorrectly the company won’t warranty any parts or labor.
Thanks for nothing Joe! I’m $2k into another new softener after less than 3 years.

I've had Thornton out for two jobs. Nate (the owner) came out a few years ago and repaired a leaking hot water heater feed. He did a great job, did it fast, and it hasn't been a problem in the 3 years since we had the repair done.

I just recently had Dave out to fix a leaking toilet flange (probably broken by my GC on a recent home renovation, doh). He knocked it out quickly and with no fuss, and went above and beyond by fixing a few other issues with the toilet.

All in all I'm really pleased with Thornton and will have them back for more work as we update our house.
