Mr Plumber has done a LOT of work at my house during the last several months. My aging house has needed a huge amount of plumbing repairs and replacement.Every single employee I have been in contact with during my projects have been the upmost professional. Knowledgeable, professional, respectful and efficient. I will call on Mr Plumber for all of my plumbing needs.

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

My water heater went out late on a Saturday night. I waited till Sunday and started calling around in the morning. Whereas some people wanted anywhere from $109 to $150 to come out and take a look, Pat was willing to troubleshoot over the phone before even coming out. With an extreme amount of patience that I myself may not have even had, he was able to walk me through the troubleshooting as well as figure out what my problem was. With it being under warranty, I was able to order the part overnight myself. I ordered the part first thing on Monday morning, the part came in on Tuesday afternoon, and Pat was very flexible about when he could come out on Wednesday to put the part in. When he got here he was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and was in and out in no time. For the simple fact that I'm a single homeowner, and also happened to be a girl, a lot of times some places will try to take advantage of you. Just for the simple fact that he was willing to talk me through it over the phone to begin with instead of coming out and charging a call, that alone was enough for me to go with him to do the work. When you've been add in that he then worked with me on scheduling, got the work done quickly, and was very reasonably priced, he will absolutely have my business from now on as well as me referrals for him to anyone who asks. What started out as a positive experience ended up being not so great.

I had a Steve lined up to come today (3/4/19). I felt very comfortable with him and his reviews. I took a half day off of work and was home by 11:45 at the latest. Steve called and texted at 12:04 to say his plumber was on his way and was home? I didn't hear his phone call or text, either because I walked outside to the mailbox at one point or just didn't hear it when I was mopping the floor. I called Steve around thirty minutes after his initial phone call and he curtly told me he sent his worker (his son) to another location. Note: I was home. He said he would send his son out between 12:30 and 1:30, after he finished up with his previous job. He never said he would call ahead of time. I had just texted him pictures of the water damage the previous night (3/3/19) so, obviously, I was going to be home.

There was no excuse for what he did. His reasoning was they always call ahead of time because customers change their minds. That was NEVER mentioned to me.

I was very clear that he was the plumber I wanted to use, and that I was taking a half day off. Obviously, I planned to be home if I texted him on Sunday night at 7:00, showing him pictures of the water damage in my home.

I would never treat a customer like this, and as a result, I would never recommend him to anyone.

Danny and his folks are some of the nicest (and most knowledgeable) tradesmen we've had in our home. After purchasing a home with some hidden plumbing leaks (most missed on the inspection), we ended up with five different leaks hidden behind the walls - including a full kitchen insurance claim. Danny only charged us one trip fee, and fixed every single leak right the first time. This included taking apart shower equipment, 3 sump pumps, and a kitchen remodel. Danny worked with and around all the other contractors and insurance, got the right parts under warranty, and above all educated us the whole way. After going through a full remodel, he was one of the only contractors we walked away with having a true comfort level and trust with.

That, and those two fellas are genuinely good, funny, honest guys. You can tell Danny genuinely cares about his customers (and his name with referrals) and just wants to have a good business doing what he likes. Just a straightforward dude who's been doing this a good long time, knows his stuff, and wants to do honest work. You can't beat that. Best tradesman I've met in Indy. Would gladly be a personal reference for him any time.

Thornton Plumbing helped me correct a massive plumbing problem in a basement. They arrived on time, communicated well, and completed the job properly for a reasonable amount of money. I highly recommend them.

Our heat pump went out sometime Thursday. Submitted a contact form Friday morning, and got an appointment for Friday afternoon for a technician to come take a look. Joe was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and honest. He gave his best recommendations for getting our current system fixed, but noted the age of the system (18 years, and used a refrigerant no longer produced). He worked with us to get a colleague out to quote a new system so we could do a price comparison, and provided recommendations in case we chose to get a new system, which is what we ultimately chose to do. Blaise came out to review our current system and quote us for a new one. He was also knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and honest. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We got a new heat pump put in 2 days later, by an efficient and nice 3-man team. We've had it for a week now and are glad we got a new system put in by a professional team.

I've worked in Trade and Crafts most of my life and the work Kevin did was professional grade. The Quality was a work of art. I've raised my family with them knowing that the job isn't done until you clean up mess. It took Kevin and a three ton jack to put my old water softener in his truck. I couldn't be more impressed

We called and set up an appointment yesterday. They did not show up to our scheduled appointment time; I find this extremely unprofessional. My day is wasted and I still have a plumbing issue. There is no excuse for missing an appointment without the courtesy of a phone call.
I will not be requesting their services in the future.

Jacob and Robin came to clean my air ducts today and were incredible from the time they got here until they left. My house was pretty messy and we had to move some furniture in order to get to a vent, they were very pleasant and professional. They explained what they were doing and allowed me to see what was going on. 100% would recommended these two guys to everyone!

Muara was my Roto-rooter plumber who was prompt, courteous and super professional...and he replaced my garbage disposal on Father's Day! Five stars for Muara and Roto-Rooter, and Happy Fathers' Day all!
