I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with. The owns are the first person to pick up the phone/first person to show up and perform the work. Even during this tough time (COVID-19) they didn’t hesitate to come out to the house to look at an issue that I caused. Outstanding crew and workmanship within old house!! People don’t second-guess yourself on calling them for Plumbing needs. (They do it all) You will have the same experience I did guaranteed. If I could rate them more than a five star I would.

Have been out to work on our toilets 3 times now. The first visit, we were told there was nothing wrong wrong and he left, the second visit he came in, did something (we didn't watch to see what, as we thought he was working) and then he came out about 15 minutes later and said it was fixed only to have the issue reoccure the next day. The third time we called we were told it would be a day or two before they could come out, 3 days later he arrives and this time brings in a snake to actually clear our lines and then he informs us that the water pressure is too low and that is why we are having all these issues (remember this is after 3 visits we are told this). So we ask if he could adjust the pressure, and that's when we are told that would have to be a separate work order, so will have to called in and we can come back out and do it.

Unfortunately for us this same company is constantly being called by our employer, I just hope it's not something underhanded, but what ever the cause, it's us employees and our customers that are incinvienced. I just want to warn any honest companies out there away from this place.

My technician was great. Extremely thorough and explained everything in detail. He was thorough and went over the costs for the repairs. He took the time necessary to get to the issues causing the problems. I would absolutely recommend his services without question.

We hired Mr. Quick to clean out our dryer vent (which had been done 2 years prior) when our brand new dryer started giving air flow errors. I was very unimpressed by the very immature reps who came out to do the job. The entire time I was thinking to myself they were going to break something or damage something and sure enough they stepped through my drywall and put a whole in the ceiling. (Which they did Repair when I pressed them) We continued to have the error code so I assumed at that point there had to be an issue with the dryer. We replaced a less than 1 year dryer and still were getting the error code on the brand new unit. I assumed Mr. Quick did their job correctly so we began to go down the path of installing a dryer fan booster. After many calls to get a contractor to come out and do that the contractor said that should Not be necessary and said it was probably clogged at the point of exit on our steep roof. (Which Mr. Quick employees did not want to climb on to properly do the job and instead just opened up the middle of our ductwork in the attic) Sure enough it was clogged at the top. So I spent 6 months with a barely functioning dryer, fire hazard, spent money and time getting another brand new dryer installed, the time and money to hire another contractor all because Mr. Quick didn’t want to do their job properly. So now I am just out the $159 from the second contractor. $100 delivery fee for my unnecessary new dryer and my pain and suffering ha

Sewage was backing up my basement drain and my main was clogged. Called in at 8 and they were fixing the problem 2 hours later. They are a great team, Mark knew exactly what to do, and gave me straight answers to my silly questions. I would recommend them to anyone having issues!

Eric was a very personable and professional young man, very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything he was doing. He worked diligently and neatly, taking care not to leave a mess. He carefully returned the removed faucets so we can donate them to Habitat for Humanity. He did a nice job at adding an access panel for the hose bib he replaced for us. Overall quite impressed with his work, except that he seemed to forget to turn on the water heater circuit breaker before he left so the next morning we didn't have any hot water ☹️. Easily fixed, but wifey had to take a not-so-hot shower.
