We had a slab leak, so we had the slab repiped through the walls and ceiling. The team we worked with at Mr. Plumber did an excellent job. They worked hard to understand what we needed and wanted done. They made sure we were aware of the costs and places where we would need drywall and ceiling repaired after they were finished. The crew that did the work called before they came each time, and cleaned up after they were finished. We were pleased with the results and would recommend Mr. Plumber if you find yourself needing similar work done.

Main line was clogged. Called Gurney Bush and a tech, Tom, was on site in 90 minutes. Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly. Upon arrival, Tom investigated the issue and also located where my main line drains into the city line so he could use it for verification after clearing the line. After about 140', Tom was able to release the clog and clear the drain.

A+ service and their prices are reasonable! I'll definitely call them again if I need the main line cleaned again.

What an amazing service Mark provided. We had an emergency with blocked drainage and he made it over in couple hours and fixed the problem. Very professional, courteous and well experienced. I highly recommend Mark and his service and will use his service again.

We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

We used Leon with Topdog and he was very professional. We were informed when he was en route to our house for the job on the way for service. When in the house, he was very informative and responsive and explained details through every step of the job. Pricing was fair and competitive and workmanship couldn’t be matched. Will definitely be using his services again and would highly recommend to all of our friends and family.

I normally don't did reviews but the service I received was one of the best services I have seen in awhile. Though my plumbing situation had raised and not knowing what to do or who to call ,I stumbled across armor air service great,professional and during a pandemic. Cody cable,anton fentress and Mathew beyer showed professionalism,great customer service,explained all and before time expected,may they grow and prospure,thank you for rescuing me .

Just wanted to supplement my husband’s post below. They are lucky I can’t leave photos on google reviews and that I can’t give a negative 40. But if you would like to see the destruction that they leave behind in your yard please see their Facebook page where we have left many pictures to document their total disregard for our property following their repair. It literally boggles my mind that a company has so little respect for their client that they will destroy your yard, make your garage inaccessible (my SUV is currently still stuck in a pile of mud), and accidentally cut the power line to your garage and literally care less. Their response was (and I wish I was kidding) “not our responsibility”. If that’s the kind of company and customer service you are looking for then this is your company. Again, please see their Facebook page before you hire them so you can see the damage that they could potentially leave behind. Utility Shield will be getting an earful from us as well because I want to ensure they know the quality of company they are hiring to do their repairs.

We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

I place a premium on quality service and trustworthy help. Indy Water has an honest approach to providing superior service. They don't try to take advantage of you.

I've worked with Indy Water on multiple occasions. The first time was when we had frozen pipes, and Indy Water was here within 24 hours to help. We had no idea where the frozen pipe was in the house. It was quickly found and fixed. The second time was when we were remodeling a bathroom and Indy Water installed new facets and a shower kit. The most recent time was when we had a leak and Indy Water was here within a couple of hours.

They are timely to respond, trustworthy, and do the job right the first time. I've recommended Indy Water to friends and family, and I recommend it to you.

Very professional , courteous and pleasant to work with. Installed my complete Gas line to my home , cleaned up any mess and did not leave until it was inspected. Arrived timely even the slightest delay was related to me by text. When I say this is the Company for your plumbing needs, Mr Jonathon Rooter man Service is . If I could write a lower star I would, it's extremely unprofessional to not stick to set appointment times. We had an appointment set for this afternoon, the receptionist attempted to change the time, I cannot change my work schedule or coordinate things last minute. They were rude, unprofessional and unable to commit to a set time.
If you value your time, you're better going with another company. If you have time to spare and wait or communicate with a rude receptionists this is the company for you!
