I have had nothing but great service from Roby's at VERY reasonable prices. It goes all the way to the 1980s. Back then we had a busted water pipe and the guy went into my attic and used a ladder to get down behind the wall and the fireplace and he fixed it. The easy way for him would have been to tear up the wall, but he didn't want me to have to pay to have the wall repaired. Recently, I had Roby's come out and install a roman tub faucet and a shower faucet. I believe the plumber's name was Rick and he was very efficient and everything works great. I would not hesitate to call Roby's again.

I own some rentals, had an issue with one of my ac unit. I was out of town and the renter took it on himself to have it checked out. He called a company who could get out there QUICK (not mentioning any names) they gave me a quote of up to $6000.00.I promptly called Chapman and the repairs were around $ 2000.00. Their techs are superiorly trained to diagnose and fix the issue instead of part hangers or replacement specialists.Thank you Chapman!

Our technician, Mike, provided a wonderful customer experience. He was on time, friendly, and thorough. Mike answered all of my questions, gave us a detailed report of his maintenance outcomes and observations, as well as brought our empty trash cans up the driveway. Replaced sink shutoff valves.

Mike came to look at our water softener to see if the line lead to our dishwasher as our glasses were coming out cloudy. After confirming it did, he tested our water and it is being softened. He recommended using a different detergent and to our pleasant surprise, told us no charge as he was in the area anyway. I have an upcoming bathroom remodel project coming up and will definitely schedule Mike to help do some of the work... But this time he will get paid!

Don't bother unless you like being stood up. I waited on this company for hours and re arranged my whole day just so they could not show and not bother to call and tell me they couldn't make it. When I tried to call them, both of their numbers were shut off and went to voicemail. Very unprofessional!

Had this business quote replacement of AC and furnace- their quote was more than double the competition- $9000 vs $4000 by a couple reputable other companies. Yikes! I shop around when I am spending this much money. They clearly depend on customer ignorance.

Called Peterman Brothers to have some work done on my furnace. Was able to get an appointment next day and the tech arrived right on time. My tech, Patrick, did a great job talking me through everything he was doing and explaining what he was looking at and why it was important. Answered all my questions and gave me several options for repairs. Never once felt like I was being “sold” something. Just open, honest feedback of my situation. Very pleased with the service and the care that was brought to the issue. Will definitely be using them again for future maintenance.

Had water heater gas valve replaced,still under warranty, and two furnaces tuned up.Adam found both in good shape for now.He showed a few parts that were on low end of efficiency and should be replaced in near future at my convenience. Was kept informed of everything during the job.
