I had a brand new heating and air system installed by Godby in October of this year. My old a/c unit finally quit (from 1983) and my furnace was dated from 1993 and I didn't think it was worth salvaging. The experience was good all around from my sales professional (Duwayne), to office staff and installation technicians. My a/c unit is situated on the flat roof of my home and they had to use a crane to remove the old unit and install the new one. Everything went well and I'm sleeping well knowing that I have a new, reliable system keeping my home at the proper temperature.
