Attempted to call and schedule work with this company, and they stated they did not have time for our job. After asking for a recommendation for another company that could help, they simply said they did not know anyone. Office staff was not helpful and rude with their communication.

Austin showed up promptly when scheduled and completed the task of removing and installing two sinks in the bathroom. There was a problem with the new faucet drain pipe and so he was able to utilize the older drains after cleaning them up with the new faucets. Very pleased with his service and attention to detail.

This was more important than his customers.I'll never recommend this company again

We used Hellyer to install a new water heater and also to service our water heater a few years later because of hard water build up. Tony was professional and great at explaining everything to me. I cannot attest to their work because I would never hire anyone that works for them or their management. When you hire people that will commit a hit and run get caught then argue with the officer doing the report is all you need to know. Not only were they caught dead to rights but their company naturally back their rude”technician” and then made sure to send it to insurance where they didn’t pay a dime. Must be nice to work for a company that believes committing a hit and run in a company vehicle is ok. Your true colors as a company shows in your actions and your workers so don’t be surprised with the work you get with this sad sorry company.

Have used Petree several times and have been very satisfied. They were here this week to fix a clogged drain. My only concern was that they did not wear masks. I am an older customer and I want to be careful in these Covid 19 days.

We're new homeowners as of 02/2016 and wanted an inspection of our hot water heater and other plumbing.

P & K offered us an appointment for the morning after I bought the offer here on another website--very prompt--for between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. When I asked if they could come after my husband finishes getting ready for work (8:15), they said no problem. :)

Danny called from 45 minutes away and arrived right on time by 9:30. He put on shoe covers, which I didn't expect but was very appreciative, and inspected our hot water heater, a Bradford White with a 6-year warranty that's now 15 years old... going on 16. We'd suspected the previous owners didn't get it routinely serviced, and Danny confirmed our suspicions. He told us the clacking sound we were hearing was the sediment from the hard water and that the whistle was the HWH working harder due to the sediment. Considering its age and condition, he recommended not flushing it (in case sediment was covering any rust) and making replacement a priority, but could be put off until it starts leaking.

Danny inspected the other plumbing and found two more issues, including a rag in the toilet tank as a jury rig! The joys of home ownership!!! He left us quotes for a HWH replacement ($1150 with new HWH included!) and the two other plumbing issues.

Also, after reading some reviews of plumbing companies, I know some people complained that giant stickers were left behind on their HWH. Danny asked my permission if I wanted a sticker, and I happily said yes. Easier to find the number! And it wasn't giant at all. :)

Everything went great, and we'll definitely be calling P&K again!

Mike has come out a few times now for a variety of projects. He's always prompt and responsive. I always feel like I'm getting quality work for a fair price.

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

Had issue with my heater and had to schedule a diagnosis for my HVAC. Nicholas was the technician that came to my home to sort out the issue. He was professional and informative of what might have caused my heater issue. Highly recommended and will surely be a repeat customer.

The guys always do an awesome job when they come out here they always have a good attitude and try to help resolve the problems with drains or our main line that's going out of the building
