FOLLOW-UP: So this morning I do a load of laundry and again, both toilets gurgle and both tubs fill up with a foul smelling water. I call to report it appears the drain issue was not fixed on Thursday, then I get told to have someone out today it would cost me $47 for an emergency trip. Why should I have to pay more for something that I already paid to be fixed? I already paid $93 to clear my drain AND an additional $235 because they had to access the drain from my toilet so i had to pay to have it removed and then reset. So now, i have to wait and take off work...again. Oh and I was told I could be charged more when the tech gets out here even though I paid for a drain to be cleared that actually wasn't cleared. Wow...Will update...

Julie, their receptionist, was pleasant and listened carefully to my issues. She assured me Tyler would be here asap in the morning. Tyler texted as I was advised he would do before he got here. He was kind, respectful, professional and quality and explained everything he was doing. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have an issue and when I do my bath & kitchen remodels! Chad, Mike, Zane and Christian did an AMAZING JOB!! Christian the service technician came in and explained my Indoor Air Quality problems and made sure to make affordable options to resolve my issues. The dryer vent cleaning was well needed, and the Install was flawless. Everything looks really good and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

We purchased the service agreement in February of 2021. We were very impressed that they contacted us to set up routine maintenance appointment at the 6 month mark. Service tech was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Very pleased.

Had a new central air unit installed. Improved our flow and made unit more efficient. Very professional work and tech explained everything he was doing and how everything worked. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working perfect before leaving. He also shared the best place to purchase furnace filters. They are A+ in my book!

I can’t rave enough about second opinion plumbing! They’re honest about the issue and affordable. Initially, I had a different company come out and tell me a whole line needed replaced immediately because it was broken and bellied, charging almost $10k. Shocked and afraid it would back into the house, I almost signed that paper! BUT. Luckily, I called for a second opinion at Second Opinion Plumbing. The line didn’t need replaced at all, it wasn’t broken or bellied. Rob at Second Opinion Plumbing saved me over $9,000. I’m so so thankful! I sound like a commercial on tv lol but it’s true!!! I won’t be using anyone else now. I appreciate honesty and integrity in companies. Second Opinion is just that! Highly recommend!!!

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!
