Best Water Heater Installation in Indianapolis IN

I have no idea how they have such high ratings. They must pay people to review. I called them because of the ratings. They sent this sketchy guy out and some 15 year old kid. I knew there was a $69 assessment fee. I was ok paying it based on the magnificent reviews. My service request was to make sure all of my pipes are winterized with heat tape and insulation. The guy (Derek) gets under the house and is yelling, cussing, screaming because he was scared of the crickets. Is this really a 5 star plummer? No. He shows me that the pipes are fine. The heat tape was on and working but says there is a small corner that could use a little insulation around it. I am aware that putting a piece of fiber glass insulation would take less that two minutes and cost less than $20 if I were to do it myself. The $69 fee goes towards the work if you choose to have them service you. So I said ok, can you do that for me? He says give me a minute and I'll write up an estimate a few min later He quotes me a price for $1800. He can't be serious. This business is awful. I would never ever use them or recommend them to anyone.

Every time I have used them (both big & small jobs), they have been reasonable, professional, and honest. We have also used popular Carmel plumbers with less quality work.

We had an excellent experience with Attaboy! The manager, Chris, came out to our house the day after I called (in a snowstorm) to provide an estimate on a tankless water heater system for our home. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he actually provided several other cost-saving alternatives to what we had been looking at. He explained every detail from top to bottom ensuring we understood exactly what our options were and where our money would best be spent. He even gave us an amazing deal and installed everything we needed the SAME DAY! The technician, Matt, who actually performed the installation was extremely friendly, professional, and completed everything quickly while working around my 3 kids. I will definitely use Attaboy for any of my future plumbing/HVAC needs.

Kevin came out to replace a part on the gas water heater. After seeing all the rust draining from the 10 year old heater, we decided to replace it. Kevin got a new heater delivered while he unhooked the old heater. He was polite, used his time well, and the best part-got us up and running the same day at a fair price.

They were subcontracted by another vender to complete a small job in our home. I got a good vibe from them, they’ll be my first call for a quote on our next project/issue (I’ll update the review). My HOPE ? is that they’re better than other expensive companies who have major name brand recognition but don’t actually care about the customer.

We live in a house and our tub had a leak from the drain and Pinocchio and Sirus I believe his name was, fixed it in no time and they were in and out in no time. Pinocchio had to crawl under the house to get access to the drain while Sirus did the top part of the drain they worked as a great team and very professional I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work on any scale Thank You guys for your great work ?

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. I use him on 3 of my personal properties and refuse to use anyone else. Working with Steg for your plumbing needs is the best decision you can make.
