Best Water Leak Repair in Indianapolis IN

This was my first time to use Hope Plumbing. I will definitely be calling them again when needed. Tyler was on time and did an excellent job explaining the water heater replacement to me. He completed the job promptly and professionally.

In May 2020 all drains backing up. Called Pristine and within a few hours Pristine's rep responded, evaluated. There was no high pressure and great pains were taken to fully inform me what procedures were included to remove clog, repair broken pipe,and hook up to main line. Re-piped under my house old style piping. Super courteous, stayed with it the whole day and finished a huge refurbishment. Told me up front what they would do and the price, then finished it all to my complete satisfaction. Checked all their work then left it clean! Nice.

Ended up kicking him out of my house! Tried to tell me the professionals we previously had out that ran a motorized snake 50' into the drain didn't actually clean out the drain when I Watched them run the snake & it came out completely clean! Was very unprofessional, Rude, & arrogant! Then tried to charge me $50 for a service call when he hadn't said Anything about Any charges! Hired him through Nextdoor Neighborhood App & so there were No links or terms or prices listed Anywhere! VERY SHADY!!

Our entire experience with LD Smith Plumbing was great. I sent an appointment request late at Wednesday night for a gas line repair and received a call 1st thing in Thursday morning to get someone scheduled same day. Although the entire project took about 2-3 days (not their fault), it was done in a very professional manner. Eric and Justin were super friendly, funny, and helpful. They offered to help clean up any mess that was made and offered suggestions without being pushy. Had to call the office after the project was completed because something wasn't right and they had Justin arriving at our door in less than 30 minutes. Cannot recommend them enough!

Found my old water heater leaking onto the garage floor around 9am, they had a new one fully installed by the time I finished lunch. David and Jerel were very professional and efficient. Very much appreciated, highly recommend!

We noticed a sound from the sump pump at 1am on Memorial day. We called Roto the next morning, had my information verified and someone on their way in 15 minutes. Our guy Lal was here 30 after that, diagnosed the problem, and gave me a quote. He let me take 5 minutes to do some research and I decided to go ahead and move forward. Lal put in the new pump and answered lots of questions throughout. Super professional and the whole process from first reaching out to cleaned up and paid was 11-2:30pm on a holiday. Glad I can still make it to the grill with time to spare. Thank you!!

Showed up on time, Chris, our plumber was very friendly, polite, and professional. Pricing on par with any professional tradesman. All in all very satisfied and happy enough to be calling them back tomorrow to schedule work for next week.

We tried to partner with Acme to pump a sewer line out so we could camera inspect. Acme said they would be late for a 3pm appointment and would arrive an hour late. They still never showed. They apologized and said they would get someone out next day. They sent their best at 1230 the next day who told us they couldn't perform the work if it was under 27°. Why wasn't this conveyed at the time of booking?

Very pleased with my experience with Bob the Plumber. Arrived on time. Solved my issue. Price ended up being less than the initial estimate as the work required became less in scope. (It's not always going to work out like that, but it is nice when you feel you just received fair treatment.) Straight shooter and a nice guy.

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

Reasonable was awesome to work with, they were flexible and in time and the work was very well done. Will definitely be hiring them again if necessary.
