Richard was my service technician and was professional, knowledgeable and awesome! He got my plumbing issue fixed and did an outstanding job. I talked to Sara from the office and she was so sweet, polite, and helpful. Great experience all around!

My water heater started leaking Friday right before bed (of course). I called my go to Plumbing company and they came out Saturday afternoon-repair work quoted over $2000 and they couldn’t repair until Monday?
Called LD Smith Saturday afternoon, they replaced water heater and I had hot water by 7 PM Saturday, That is Service, And the repair was just over $1000. This company is now my go to for any plumbing issue.

I was very pleased with the work done by Bob on my basement toilet. I called him in the morning when I needed work done ASAP and he came that afternoon! Bob went above and beyond to replace an ancient toilet in my basement and my new toilet is working perfectly. His pricing is extremely reasonable as well. Appreciated getting estimates and quotes over the phone and then having the work done quickly and near the estimate when not a firm quote. Appreciated Kyle doing some the small things to make things better (vs just the easiest and cheapest) in the long. And they have always shown up on time. Great service on all fronts.
