My Symtec shower faucet was leaking and creating a disgusting mess. I was not able to find the parts needed to make the repairs. Ciriello found the parts, but also discovered that ordering a complete valve was less expensive than just the part. They ordered the new valve, replaced everything but the housing, leaving the shower like new.
I have been using Ciriello for several years for commercial work the work is always done right and as with my budget in mind.

Danny Bridgeman the Serivce professional arrived as scheduled, took the necessary safety precautions and did a very professional repair. At all times he was courteous and informative as to what he was doing. He checked that everything was working properly and met my expectations.

Alex was great. Service was perfect. Dispatch did not do a good job on communicating on timing. 1.5 hours after the 4 hour window.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

Casey O’Brien, owner, is an extraordinary plumber. He was willing to rebuild 60 year old bathroom fixtures that I was told by another plumber had to be replaced. I was endeavoring to keep the original fixtures in this house and he enabled me to accomplish that. Other trades working on this house (electrician, countertop designer and maker, cabinet maker, HVAC have admired his work or watched him at work and have asked for his contact number and intend to use Moon Family Plumbing going forward. Casey handled the common plumbing requests with ease and efficiency. And I had a lot of requests.

Kevin and Travis were very helpful in diagnosing the issue with our sump pump. They arrived on time ( actually early! ) and had the issue resolved within an hour at a very reasonable price. I will be using them again as my go-to plumbing service.

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.

I had a situation on a Sunday and it was also the day before a holiday. My everso amazing warranty company doesn't have emergency services so I had to pay out of pocket. In my furious search I came upon Patrick. Again with it being Sunday and the day before a holiday I thought I was going to be under more water that I already was. Pat was here within an hour a took care a my water pipes. He also gave me some cost saving tips. You don't get that type of service these days. I will be calling him should I have any other issues.

I called Steve to replace a water sprocket and then he agreed on a time in the afternoon, I was traveling out of town and on way home and his guy came out pushed his way through and my wife is working remote so she was occupied and then he finished gave her a $600 bill and she signed unbeknownst he was supposed to give. He never gave us an estimate on how much just rushed thorough and charged, very unacceptable and if we knew we would have not used them.

I then disputed it and he keeps harassing me, very unprofessional and inappropriate for s business leader and he uses old scare tactics to get his money so old school and dark, I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with him.

As unprofessional as possible. Wouldnt even give the diagnosis to the homeowner. STEER CLEAR OF PETREE.

Elijah was fantastic. It was like a family member came by to help with a leaky sink. We have a dog and she was nervous about a stranger in the house. My water heater went out, called Roto-Rooter Saturday evening, got an appointment on Sunday morning. The service technician came at the scheduled time. He was courteous, and knowledgeable. He finished the job quickly. We have hot water again. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
