Our technician Ryan P. was so kind and outgoing! After buying our new home last year unfortunately our water heater gave out due to age and we upgraded to a tankless water heater! We are very happy with the installation as it takes up much less space and he took care to clean up any mess that was made in the process!

They installed a water softner at a decent price. Said they would have to move the water heater to fit it in, no big deal. Except there was water standing on the floor under the water heater an hour after they left. Guy came out next day to fix and still charged $150! stating corrosion at a connection was the cause. Seemed fine before they moved it. For the PRICE they charged up front, I guess I expected a better guarantee that my floor wouldn't be flooded when I woke up the next morning. Will use someone else next time.

Honest work for a fair price. I had them help with a few items that went wrong at the same time.. They did great work and did what they could do to be very reasonable on price. They were very knowledgeable and solved issues that I had been told were unfixable. I would highly recommend these guys!

I was experiencing an issue with a clogged drain / toilet issue and they knocked it out in a timely fashion. Donny had a great personality, work ethic, and gave us some helpful tips to boot. I'd definitely recommend them for any plumbing issues. They killed it!

The problem was that our powder room toilet was dripping into the basement. Adam identified the problem immediately as an incorrect sealing used to set the toilet. He corrected the problem using the correct sealing and the problem was solved.

Cory our technician was amazing! He was honest and gave us options to fix our problem. It was nice to feel we could trust him and we weren’t being overcharged or told to do something we didn’t need to do.

On a Saturday morning I found that all the house drains were stopped up. I called Roto-Rooter and two technicians came out within a few hours. One operated a remote camera to find the primary clog and the other tech operated the power snake. The camera found the clog and the snake made short work of it. They made multiple passes up and down the line to make sure that line was totally cleaned out and drainage was flowing freely.Both men were very professional, friendly and certainly knew what they were doing. They also suggested that I begin using Roto-Rooter Pipe Shield to help prevent future clogs. I thought that sounded like a good idea and it would be cheaper than having to call them out as frequently.

Jason is very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our water heater and he made sure we knew as new home owners how to maintain it. He answered all of our questions and was very nice. Thank you Plumb doctor for having such great customer service.

We live in an apartment and our water heater (due to age) started leaking down into the neighbors apartment below us. We had NO idea because our water heater was built into our cabinets and hidden behind a false wall in our kitchen. Our landlord sent a few plumber's into our apartment who just were TERRIBLE. They made this a bigger mess and longer drawn out mess than need be.. One thing they all had in common was They lacked common sense..

So it was a breath of fresh air when Solomon came into my apartment to resolve the situation! He was so polite and understanding. He made sure to describe things to me in a way that I could easily understand, so I knew exactly what the next steps would be and why. After assessing what repairs he needed to make (and even fixing another plumber's small mess) I felt relieved for the first time since this all started. The NEXT day Solomon and his crew showed up to install my NEW WATER HEATER and they were very professional. The two workers he had with him were amazing. They showed up on time, with all the tools necessary to do the job, and they completed the job in a timely manner. They made sure to clean up after themselves very wellalso ! They were in and out, but did a very professional and GOOD job. Very pleased and HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Our water heater cracked open and Steg replaced it. The work was done quickly and they were honest about costs and options for replacement. They let me know when they were on their way with a text message and email with the workers picture and bio! Great work and great communication. I highly recommend them.
