I contacted Hope Plumbing late afternoon regarding the price of installing a tankless heater. To my surprise, their plumber Mr. Anothy Kirby, arrived at my home the next morning. He is a professional who listened to my wants, provided a solution, and answered my questions. He removed my old tank water heater and installed the tankless unit within 4.5 hours. Given the small space in which he worked, I was impressed. He did a great job, and I will recommend him and Hope Plumbing.

Rick with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a great job helping us problem solve a toilet issue! We reinstalled a toilet ourselves after installing new flooring and had about 1/8 difference of how tight we could get our supply line to the flush valve. Rick was able to assess everything and get us a new flush valve with more length to make sure we had a tight fit and no leaking. He was polite, informative, and quick! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was also very quick with response times and scheduling availability.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! I got on phone call 6am (Monday fed-up with warranty company took matters into my own hands), called other plumbing companies only to be told we can come out Wednesday..WHAT!

Belfret and team told me don't worry you will not spend another night in the cold ! He and his team worked diligently until my furnace was completely installed and my waterheater too! Chris the plumber show up right on time as I was told. He gave me options on what could be the problem and pricing. Unfortunately it was a large price but my brother said what was wrong was expensive to fix. Chris fixed the toilet in an hour once he had the parts. Great service.

Really impressed by the great service both Zo and James gave us. Will as always call you guys for plumbing needs in the future. Only thing I didn't understand was the labor charges. They seem a bit high. Everything else was first class service.

Outstanding service. The Technician was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He noticed right away the pump was not working and once he pumped some liquid out he checked the pump and found the cord was kinked which caused it to quit working. Once he straightened it out the pump started working again. I want to thank him so much for all his help and saving us the extra expense to replace the pump! Definitely will recommend and use again!

The best part about bob is that he is honest, he is not some pressure tactic salesperson. He does great work also. He is easy to communicate with and he comes out diagnoses the problem, gives you a price or heck he might even give you advice on how you can fix it yourself and save money. When you call bob you get bob, not some random person from a company. We were very happy and will use him from now on. Definitely recommend

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

Honestly, these guys are everything you want in a small local plumber. Responsive. Polite. Reasonable.

I would not use anyone else, they are punctual, nice and clean up after themselves. The rate is okay - you get what you pay for so I prefer not to go with the cheapest!!!! Quality is important
