We had an excellent experience with Attaboy! The manager, Chris, came out to our house the day after I called (in a snowstorm) to provide an estimate on a tankless water heater system for our home. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he actually provided several other cost-saving alternatives to what we had been looking at. He explained every detail from top to bottom ensuring we understood exactly what our options were and where our money would best be spent. He even gave us an amazing deal and installed everything we needed the SAME DAY! The technician, Matt, who actually performed the installation was extremely friendly, professional, and completed everything quickly while working around my 3 kids. I will definitely use Attaboy for any of my future plumbing/HVAC needs.

Ended up kicking him out of my house! Tried to tell me the professionals we previously had out that ran a motorized snake 50' into the drain didn't actually clean out the drain when I Watched them run the snake & it came out completely clean! Was very unprofessional, Rude, & arrogant! Then tried to charge me $50 for a service call when he hadn't said Anything about Any charges! Hired him through Nextdoor Neighborhood App & so there were No links or terms or prices listed Anywhere! VERY SHADY!!

We have used LD Smith plumbing several times for smaller plumbing service calls such as replacing a shower mixing valve and installing a new outdoor hose bib. Most recently we had LD Smith install a new Navion tankless water heater for us . Every time dealing with them they’re pricing has breen competitive with The Indianapolis Metropolitan industry standard for licensed professional plumbing companies. I’m sure craigslist has cheaper options if you’re a gambler .

Each time The plumbers who came to our house have inspected the issue and then given a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and then pricing. We have never encountered a surprise number when it came time to pay the bill.
As far as their plumbers they were pretty much what you would Want to see out of a service person coming to your home . Each time they where Friendly well spoken , well groomed. They did the work and left. Exactly What I want to see out of a service person coming to my home. In and out job done .

I would highly recommend talking to LD Smith for plumbing repair or installation needs. We have had a good experience with both .

Roto Rooter came out to snake a drain at a property my company is helping sell. I was supposed to be at the property to let the technician in. He showed up on time and completed the job as requested. However, we also requested the pipes to be scoped so we could have pictures to show the buyers. This technician was not able to preform this, but he took my number for his supervisor to schedule. It’s been 2 and half days without any call from Roto Rooter to schedule this service. I’ve reached out a couple times to schedule but nothing.I have no issue with the first half of the services provided, but this has been a time sensitive matter and it’s been frustrating to not receive a simple phone call to schedule an appointment.

This plumbing service was to my good satisfaction. They were fast coming same day , fairly priced compared to other competitors.Overall professional and courteous. Would highly recommend their services!!

Had a great experience with Acme. No issues from beginning to end. They did extremely quick work and the problem hasn't returned. It can often be frustrating dealing with these situations, but Acme was super friendly and professional and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I highly recommend them!

I had a leak and call Bob The Plumber, he couldn't help do to certain rules and regulations however, he was very professional and I appreciated it.

Reasonable Plumbing was excellent. The pipes under my kitchen sink were installed by an amateur and were not connected properly, causing occasional leaks. I sent them a photo of the problem, they gave me an estimate, and had availability within a few days.

My plumber was Pinocchio. He let me know when he was on his way, arrived at the time promised, finished the job quickly, and was friendly and polite.

If this company keeps up their professionalism and competitive prices, they will definitely be my first call when I have a plumbing issue.
