My water heater went out and needed to be replaced. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to get out same day to provide an estimate and also complete the work. Chris M. was the plumber who did the installation, and he did a great job. Had it knocked out within a couple hours. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able answer any questions I had. I'm very pleased with the overall experience, and how everyone I interacted with was able to work to get me scheduled and taken care of quickly.

Wes came to my house to replace a pressure reducing valve. He called when he was on his way and showed up exactly when he said he would, which was also within the window I originally scheduled. He was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain everything to me and answer questions I had. His work was very neat and of high quality. He even answered other plumbing questions that were outside the scope of his visit. It was a pleasure having Wes and LD Smith Plumbing do our plumbing repairs! The sales team at Howald demonstrated that they treat customers like family. I asked them to quote an entire new heating and cooling system after an inspection from one of their competitors showed that I had a leaky heat exchanger. They quoted the system but also did an independent inspection of the heat exchanger and were able to prove that it passed a pressurized leak test meaning that I did not need an entire new system. This saved me thousands of dollars. I am thankful I called them!

I had a late night plumbing emergency at a vacation rental house I own. The main sewer line was clogged causing the toilet on the main floor to overflow when someone used the upstairs shower. Scott at Gurney Bush came out at 11pm at night and resolved the issue and also educated us on how to prevent the issue in the future. And the charge for late night emergency service was very reasonable. Best overall plumbing experience in years across all of the properties we own/manage. I had a nice gentleman named Chawng Vunga arrive at my home yesterday around 12:30pm. I needed a new faucet in a tub and a toilet repaired. He was very professional and very personable. He even complimented me on how clean my house was. he needed to step out and get some additional parts needed and returned in an hour. he completed the work and reviewed it with me. he did mention my drain was draining slow and if it gets worse to call them. He shook my hand with he left. I would highly recommend him and his company!
