Neil, the technician provided the amount of time required for installation of replacement tankless water heater part. Furthermore he answered other questions I had about the unit. He also looked at another issue and explained what could be done to address that issue. He did a good job.

I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

Be person that came to look at the unit both times was awesome she was there on time she took care of the problem immediately and I couldn't ask for anything better. If you call on AN off our day or time they can still be at your house within an hour. You pay a small service fee but at least you get your hair fixed :)

I had an excellent experience with Got Flow Plumbing. Some of our pipes burst during the 2021 freeze, and they came out quickly and did a great job! Friendly, professional, and fast!

Called the company to help replace a broken water pipe. Really needed some type of service since the water in our home could not be turned on until the pipe was repaired. Service man came and stated because it was a galvanized pipe, he couldn't touch or complete any service. We understood the original pipe would need to be changed to an updated material, but the representative still refused. We had to go another day without running water. Ended up calling another company that offered several options and completed repair work the same day.

Well done! I'm thrilled that I installed my tank rather than installing a new one because it is operating well.

Our toilet was backed up due to the usage of disposable wipes. We learned from that wet wipes that call themselves flushable are not biodegradable! Very professional, efficient & honest.

The starter for the compressor went out last night and I called Turbo Home Services at 5:30am this morning and Michael was here by 10am and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and was very quick in identifying and resolving the issue. Michael communicated the issues and he was able to get the AC back up and running as it should in about 30-45 minutes which was great! Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
