David came out on a Saturday evening to replace two breakers. He had it done in less than an hour. This is the 2nd time he has helped me with electricity issues and I keep his business card close! He is always polite, professional, and efficient.

Oscar and Chris were polite and professional. Called and texted to coordinate arrival time. They were very careful to make sure the outlets were on a circuit that would serve the intended purpose. Job was well done and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again.

Have used Blake for electrical services many times with several of my customers and he comes through every time! Highly recommend him.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

This guy is a jerk. While driving home this truck is tailgating me. I pulled over to let him pass. I honked at him to let him how rude he was being. He pulls next to me and tells me I'm driving to slow. I was going the legal speed limit. Begins pounding on the side of his truck. To show me how the name of the company he supposed to own. Totally unprofessional behavior. I will never do business with you or your company. My advice is to stay away from person.

I discovered a leak under the bathroom sink. Called John Moore. They literally sent a technician in less than an hour! Technician repaired the leak and was in and out. I also want to say the guys liked dogs. And allowed our dog to be nosy and get some attention!

I had a small electrical issue with some can lights I had installed all over the house. On one of the switches, the lights would not come up to full power. I called Mister Sparky around 9:30 and they said they would have someone out between 10:00 and 1:00. 12:40 came around and I had not heard anything so I called to see if they were still coming. They apologized profusely and promised someone would be here by 2:30. At 2:07 Daniel showed up. I didn’t think it was a big deal because there was some bad weather going on at the time. Daniel very quickly diagnosed what the issue was and he went over pricing. He mentioned that there was a service fee for the appointment and I asked if, since they were late, if they could wave the fee. He then told me there would be no charge for any of the work since they did not make the appointment time! I could not believe that...a company that actually takes appointment times seriously. I still offered to pay for the work and he wouldn’t let me. The work was fantastic, Daniel was VERY professional, fun, and a pleasure to have over. He thoroughly went through the entire house electrical system, made pointers on things that needed to be corrected, and stayed until everything was completed. All in all I am very satisfied with the work. They did such a good job, I feel bad not paying them, and I appreciate the fact that they value my time and honor their on time policy. I will use Mister Sparky and request Daniel for all my future electrical needs.
