These people are awful. They pulled my toilet and then left without replacing it, without giving me an estimate, and without notice to me.

I'm so glad I found bluefrog Plumbing! They were honest and fair priced, and their onsite team was amazing! As soon as I met Brett, I knew we had made the right choice. He was very courteous and professional. They installed two large water heaters in my attic, removed the old ones, and they left everything clean as a pin. I won't hesitate to call on them again!!

Mike and William were honest and repaired by garbage disposal without trying to sell me a new one. As a consumer you always fear that you are getting ripped off. This time I do not. It was a fair price for their time and effort. You have to pay for good quality service and I’m happy that I called them.

Had an emergency with our master toilet leaking causing some water damage in our kitchen yesterday morning. My husband called them and they were able to come out almost within the hour! They were quick, honest, and did a great job! They even cleaned and sanitized afterwards which we very much appreciated! Thank you!!! We will recommend to our neighbors.

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

They came and did what they said they would and did it correctly. they were neat and tidy, leaving no mess and were on-time. They touted several discounts based on age, vet status, etc. that we were being given to make their services affordable. This was a daytime call, during normal business hours. We've had no more plumbing problems in the week since they came, so we are grateful for that.But- my quarrel is with the bill: an exorbitant charge on it that perhpas makes up for the discounts we recieved and how there was not a crystal clear itemization of costs. a handwritten bill with lots of writing and arrows, and overwrites, etc is confusing, obfuscating. it is no substitution for a clearcut, printed out bill that clearly shows the cost of each and every cost and service to be done and given BEFORE the service is provided. But maybe noone does that in the plumbing world?

Ben moved a gas line behind my stove and installed a kitchen sink and 3 bathroom sinks as well as a toilet, with high-quality workmanship. I’ve had some bad experiences with contractors in the past but Synergy is a company you can trust to get the job done fast, and effectively . Ben is very responsive and will make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend!

Two exterior faucets were replaced, along with a master shut off valve. John was exactly on time for our appointment, and was very professional at determining what I needed and got everything done within two hours. I will certainly use them again.
