Great plumber very informative just very pricey. I would have gave a 5 star if they were a bit more affordable. But he came out with in the hour of my 1st call and was very knowledgeable. Super professional! Will be calling again if needed.

The technicians were very nice, wore masks and shoe coverings, and cleaned up after themselves. Anthony went out of his way to fix my sink. My only complaint is they can't seem to show up during their appointed time, both were very late. I understand jobs running long or short staffed, however a phone call from the office that the tech is tied up and will not be there between the appointed times would be greatly appreciated.

When our plumbing emergency occurred, it couldn’t have been at a worse time- Late Night, Sunday, Fathers Day. Of the more than 8 “24-7” plumbers we tried contacting- TPP were the ONLY ones who answered! From start to finish- these guys killed it! Not only was he attentive & patient with my many questions. Very professional, efficient & thorough- and when all was said and done, I found the final bill to be more than reasonable!Their business card is now on our fridge & is there to say!

Employee is great, company is terrible. My technician was Ronnie, on time, work professional and patient with the client!Now back to the company1) I had a tune up in April, AC broke in July. Told me b/c my AC was fine when they check and it ran extra hard in this 3 month b/c it is summer. So pretty much their tune up does nothing just like all those other companies.2) The tuneup is promoted as they will waive your dispatch fee and 10% off for parts in future repair. Believe that sounds really “attractive to me” that is why I got trapped. You will still be charged dispatch fee for repair, the waiver is only for maintain. The quote for repair they give you is like Macy’s “sale””discount”, the price for the part has been raised 20x more already for what they called “high quality” and “warranty (not life time but 1y)”. So you ends up paying way more than that 10%3) 1thing they are right they are not the worst, most AC companies you can see an AD is like this. So either find a new AC man or cross this company off and find the next one which is probably the same as this.4) the employee deserves a 5 star, the company zero! You want to charge 20x more you’d better raise your technician’s pay!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

I had a unit installed by them almost 5 years ago. They installed in one day and the finance option was a major help to me. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and they make sure you know all your options. I just had my 1st issue with the unit and they came out the same day and took care of it quickly and with a minimal service charge. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a new AC unit or looking for someone to Service the one they already have.

The technician was good in identifying what exactly was the issue with the AC unit. The fix still needs to be done but I now know where exactly the issue is.

in the last few days my air conditioning was making a lot of noise, so I looked for a 24 hours ac repair in Houston, Turbo was close to me and they sent an agent who fixed the problem, I highly recommend Turbo
