I google searched for a plumber when our hot water heater failed. I reached Nicks Plumbing by phone the old fashioned way. They had a 15 year qualified plumber at my business within 40 minutes of my call. Je diagnosed the problem then gave me the option to repair or replace. I chose to replace . As plumber #1 prepared for the new water heater another plumber from his company brought the new one. I have twin commercial heaters side by side. He brought me the same brand and size. M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.

It took a while for me to get the courage to find a company to trust to do the work I needed and I am glad I went with these guys!!! They did a phenomenal job and Joseph was incredible. He went above and beyond and was very nice and did a fantastic job! I was so comfortable with him I hired him to do more than just what he came for! He had no problems doing it for me. Pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work! A+++

Very efficient hand did the job timely manner. I would recommend Gary in an instant for any other related plumbing job. You need to clone 3 more like him. He also explained about after hours emergencies requirements. Something the otyoher repair man that called back didn't even bother to mention or explain. More interested payment. The man could of said he would come and look to see what the problem was and explain why payment was to be made than, and would be reimbursed. If I ever need repair man from your company I would not want this person to come. Very professional outfit all around. Isaias has came to my house on two separate occasions to diagnose and subsequently repair outdoor main line leaks. Each time he carefully spent time detecting, explaining, and then repairing the leak. Price was reasonable, but not inexpensive, and explained quite well. I will go straight back to Acosta if I need any plumbing service in the future.
