I really appreciate the prompt service they provided after our pipes burst during winter storm Uri. Other plumbers were said the wait was up to 2 weeks to have them come out. Halo plumbing came out the same day, fixed my pipes and did a thorough search to look for an other leaks.

Micah and Jose were great. Thought there was a leak in the wall, but Micah and Jose worked quickly to deduce that the leak was from a bad wax ring on the toilet. They replaced the wax ring and inspected the flange to ensure that it was in good shape. I sincerely appreciated them taking the time to explain how they found the issue and what to look for in the future. Can’t say enough great things about TDT Plumbing as well as Micah and Jose!

Our A/C fan motor was not turning. Sean came out, was polite, friendly, and on time. He stated the capacitor was bad and replaced it with a new one. 5 minutes after he left, the fan motor quit turning and he had to come back to check the unit again, this time stating the fan motor had to be replaced. Someone else had to come back out to complete the repairs, plus there was an additional cost we were not expecting to pay. I felt Sean should have checked the fan motor, too, while he was here before diagnosing it was just the capacitor.Nelson, an experienced tech came out to repair the fan motor. He was very knowledgeable, professional and reassured me that our unit will be repaired. He checked out the unit, replaced the part and our a/c was up and running!! Nelson is an amazing man of God! I truly recommend him and will ask for Nelson again should we need repairs on our a/c!! Thank you, Nelson!!

I call Kenneth on a Sunday and he showed up within an hour and took care of my clog toilet at a reasonable price. I am a skeptical person when looking for help on the internet, but talking to Kenneth he was very professional and explain to me what it will cost me. Called on a Sunday to inquire about installing a hot water heater. Received a call back within 10 mins. Yes he could do it today. He had another call before me but called 30 mins. before arrival to let me know he was headed my way. Saved me almost $800.00 over another companies quote ( and that price was during the regular work week.). Very polite and clean. Will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.Other guy wanted to charge me $850.00 to install a drip leg. $20.00 in parts and 20 minutes time ha! You never know when you are talking to a former pipefitter.
