Very prompt response, the plumber showed up on time and was professional. Pricing was fair.

I have no doubt the glowing and articulate reviews that speak of good communication, courteous and professional service, and these guys arriving with a “team” are paid reviews. My review is the opposite on all these points. They don’t communicate issues to their plumbers, arrive later than their scheduled time, lie about calling in advance and have never called me back, even days after they said they would. After months of working with these guys to try to get a leak fixed, I’m moving on and warning others to skip this listing.

My heat pump had not been giving me any problems but Hector came to the house to do a scheduled checkup on it. He was very thorough and completely professional, but friendly. After inspecting both the heating and cooling sides of the unit, he explained his findings to me. Everything was still operating like it should and I was good to go again. Good job Hector Garza.

UPDATE: we have used Turbo twice since they helped during the freeze and have been very happy with their continued service.Most recently we had them repipe our house and could not be happier. We had a problem with the flow of water in our bathtub. Bud M diagnosed the problem, went to his supply house and back to fix the problem. We were also in need of a kitchen sink and faucet change out. I have NEVER had a serviceman explain the pros and cons of items that we were needing. Bud M. took the time to help with this process and a bid to do the installation. If and when we need ANY plumbing issues resolved our first call will be to Bud M.Keep up the great work!!!!

Fast, friendly, affordable. Ken came out on a Sunday after church and fixed our broken hose pipe for the amount he quoted over the phone and in the time frame he estimated. He upgraded our pipe to a better quality pipe, mount and spigot and didn't upcharge me. I gave him some mint from our garden. :)

Mrs. Angela was very detailed about the property that she oversaw. She was extremely transparent about the the things that needed to be updated. I would recommend her property company to anybody who have any type of privately owned property that needs to be managed. She is the REAL Deal! Not only is she a great manager she is also good at getting any maintenance problems solved ASAP! This property management company has nothing to do with her very successful, black owned, female owned plumbing company.

We had a leak from one of the pipes in our garage that needed repair. I called Plumbing Leaks Repair Houston TX and they were on it. I wanted to note that this was my second time using them for plumbing services.is very professional, is quick and does a thorough job. He ended up having to replace some of the pipe because there was a crack midway in the line.My husband and I are very pleased and if another plumbing situation arises (I hope it doesn’t…lol), we will give them a call.

Incompetent office staff. I had been a previous customer. I had set up an appointment, but no show or call. Called office and she said she would call me right back. No return call, so I called again later and left a message. Again no call back that day nor the next business day. Incompetent office staff. I won't waste my time with them again.
