Best Slab Leak Detection in Houston TX
Amazing service! Came out for free quote. No pressure on having to decide on the spot. Very fair price and the best service one can expect. Damondrick explained the entire process from installation to inspection. Kept his promises on keeping me posted and showing up on time. Made sure the house was left clean after the left. They had to make a couple of extra adjustments which they didn't anticipate and did not charge me for it.

The guys came out to check on my main line which had water sitting in it. They took the time to explain to me what was happening and presented solutions that were cost-effective. I appreciated their patience with my questions and helping me clean out the line. I also signed up for the membership and will be having extra perks and services, which I am excited about. Thank you!

It's unfortunate that there isn't a score higher than an A. Texas Premier Plumbing provided arrival updates, an accurate repair estimate upon arrival, had parts available in their truck, and promptly executed the repairs without delay. The courtesy, professionalism and consideration exhibited by all at Texas Premier Plumbing, from the representative who scheduled the appointment to the plumbers who performed the work, are rare in today's climate. We added the drain clearing after they repaired the toilet. They added a few more dollars to the overall cost, and completed the added work while still onsite. Exceptional firm in a business sector that is perceived to charge inflated or hidden costs. Retained contact information so I may contact again for all future plumbing issues. Highly recommended. They Replaced toilet fill valve and other components due to wear and tear; cleared drain in bathtub.

I can't say enough good things about TDT and their associates, Jack and Micah! They were so polite and professional and took good care of me in a short time. In addition, the office staff called me to give me updates on their time of arrival when unexpected delays occurred so I appreciated being kept informed. Outstanding service! Highly recommend TDT!

Within 2 hours of my call, my techicician (Will Smith) diagnosed my problem., provided me with options and then left to get my parts and gave me a time that he would be back. Once back he completed the installation, removed the old water heater and totally cleaned the whole work area. He checked all faucets and made sure I had hot water before he left. Will is extremely thorough and professional.

I am very unhappy with John Moore Plumbing.I had to have a 100' section of my sewer pipe replaced to the city line. It involved jackhammering through my pea-gravel patio (about 40 ft) and additional trench line through the yard (about 20 ft). It was a very expensive job, and I agreed to price. The job was completed in mid-May 2022.PROBLEM 1:The patio was poorly repaired. (See attached pictures). I understand that concrete related items are difficult to repair/match, but the job looked like a kid did the work.In May, I asked that the job be done right, and the concrete guy did come out and look at it, and agreed to repair it. However, he was no show to several scheduled start dates. It is now Sept, and the job is still not repaired. In fact, the repair job is getting in worse condition.PROBLEM 2:The sewer pipe has now begun to to have issues again. I asked for them to diagnose the issue. I was told that plant roots have now grown in the 10 ft section of pipe between the house and the start point of the last repair. The tech is absolutely positive the roots were not there four months ago. I find it amazing that roots can grow so rapidly in the middle of a 1,000 sq ft section of concrete. Their suggestion is that I pay another large charge to bust through the other part of my patio.So,1. The repair job they did to my patio was terrible.2. The service to repair the patio is terrible.3. The plumbing (sewer pipe) problem still remains, and I am expected to pay more to fix the same problem they were supposed to fix in May.

Great service...we used them for a blocked drain need cleaning , which they resolved quickly...but we still had issues with the sink not draining.....the gentlemen who came round tried a couple of things and was able to find the root cause (the blockage was due to buildup of dishwasher tablets)....all I can say is they were fast to respond, professional and very reliable. Highly recommend their service!

Mr. Vossler was responsive and polite over the phone but his technician showed complete lack of professionalism. Ricardo showed up to my house on the wrong day, without even calling ahead when he was on his way. In order to replace my water shutoff valve, Ricardo wanted to use a dirty old part which had been rolling around in his van, and he gave me attitude when I asked for a fresh part so I could have confidence in the longevity of the new valve. Ricardo also increased the quoted price without justification. After calling Mr. Vossler to complain, he told me he would make it right but he has never followed up on his word.

Our toilet was backed up due to the usage of disposable wipes. We learned from that wet wipes that call themselves flushable are not biodegradable! Very professional, efficient & honest.
