Best Sink Faucets in Houston TX

This is a very mixed review. I called to have my water heater checked and repaired and ended up having to replace it, for about $2000 in labor. in total I paid about $2800 for a new water heater when all I wanted was to have it repaired. Seems like their goal was to sell me a new water heater from the get go, not to repair it. The reason that this review doesn't get 1 star is for 2 reasons: 1) the workers were very friendly, professional and prompt. 2) It was an old water heater that I was planning on replacing eventually anyways; just not now. The reason that I will not put 5 stars however, is because looking back on it, I feel ripped off. Seeing that the water heater costs around $900, $1900 for labor seems outrageous. Overall, great work done, but definitely get a second opinion next time.

Had a leaky shower, and got it fixed... NEVER got an estimate or a figure it would cost me to fix....
Was double what I could afford... BUT I didn’t find out till AFTER it was repaired.... not a good business PRACTICE!! ???

WARNING! DO NOT USE ROTO-ROOTER. To change a tub valve they wanted $650.00! I already purchased the tub valve. The wall has already been completely opened, tile and sheetrock removed. A good qualified plumber could do this job within an hour. Do the math. (As an example)-Even at $150.00 an hour (which is a very high labor charge), they're charging for FOUR hours of labor! They do tell you up front that they charge a trip charge of $69.00. If you use them, this is absorbed in to the cost. So, I'm out the $69.00. I'm taking time out of my busy schedule to try and WARN others. DO NOT USE ROTO-ROOTER!! This is in the Missouri City area. I am only giving one star because they did get someone to my location pretty quickly but for what? I told the plumber that came out (who does not set the price) that they are pricing HIM right out of a job! STAY AWAY!I was contacted by the regional manager and was told that the price was accurate and that I should have been afforded the opportunity to have the plumber do the job on an hourly rate basis instead of the flat rate price that I was given. The plumber never offered this to me. I declined to move forward on the job. Also, I was told that the example that I gave using a $150.00 an hour labor charge was way off. It's actually $285.00 dollars an hour! Take notice!

Everyone at Redfin was very friendly and professional. The ladies that made the arrangements as well as the Plumber. The Plumber was thorough, explaining the steps involved in the job. He reviewed all options. He was friendly, very courteous. He even cleaned up after the job. I have not had any problems since the job was completed. I highly recommend Redfin Plumbing Co.

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.

My ac went out in the summer time and Jay came out the same day which was on a Sunday when I had called 6 other places and no one else could make it that day. When he came out he told me it was just the capacitor and was able to replace it quick. Good fast service and didn’t try to have me replace things that weren’t needed. He only fixed what needed to be fixed.

Budget Home Services is the BEST. JR and Rick came to our home today to repair a toilet that would not completely flush every time. They assessed the problem, explained everything to us and fixed the issue at NO CHARGE. We have an older home and will eventually need to replace that particular toilet. We were given a very fair estimate of what that will involve, as well as an estimate when it comes time to replace our 18 year old water heater. These technicians were polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We will DEFINITELY be using Budget Home Services for any future needs of this nature. Highly recommend!

We found a jam in our main line to the septic area late on a Sunday. the guy from Speedway Plumbing South Houston Texas came out ASAP and took care of the problem. With his pipleline camera, he also discovered some shoddy work that our original plumbing contractor had done. Thanks !

Chris worked me into his schedule quickly. His workmanship was excellent. I will call him again next time I have a plumbing problem.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. I had first scheduled an appointment for 8/20 Friday and they called Friday morning to cancel, rescheduled for Monday 8/23 and I got a call the tech was covered in mud and couldn't come, Tuesday 8/24 after my allotted time I got a call that they were running behind. This was upsetting however I knew someone that worked with this company before. Ricardo Teran showed up and was extremely rude and unprofessional! He told me the sink I wanted put it would not work or cost me too much. He barely looked at the area and then explained that I had to pay him $89 for him to show up today! That was never explained to me when I spoke to the receptionist and Ricardo was here for less than 5 minutes because in my opinion he did not want to do the job before he showed up! I am extremely disappointed in this company and I will be sure to tell my friend that recommended them to me never to use them again!
