After 16 days with no water, being rescheduled three times by Abacus with whom we have a maintenance contract, and contacting 8 other plumbers, a real person answered our distress. Jonathan and Benjamin were here within hours and fixed the broken pipe. They were here 2 1/2 hours, checked every water source in this 44-year- old house and left us with running water. Something we hadn't seen in too long. Words are inadequate to describe our appreciation. Hopefully, others will read this review and know how wonderfully compassionate and professional you are. Because of consistent unreliability, I gave up on traditional water heaters and switched to the tankless system. BLUE FROG and Alton Campbell were exceptionally responsive, on time, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Could not ask for a better experience and the price was more than competitive. They were on time, below budget, and everything works perfectly.

2 leaks were found in my gas line to my pool heater, one I didn't know about. Had tech also inspect cook top but no leaks there, just wanted piece of mind since I installed it myself. Any plumbing needs Halo will be first call. Was very reasonable cost especially when dealing with gas leaks.

We used a couple of other plumbers in the area over the past years, but I never felt like I got a good deal or a fair deal. So, when our sprinkler system main pipe started leaking, I let my yard guys take a whack at it. It still leaked and it was getting to the point that it was completely out of code. My wife called Blue Frog and I expected the same service as the other vendors in the past, but this time was different. They came over to just give me a quote, and they explained it all to me, what needed to be done, and gave me options. We let them replace the entire piece and they even wrapped our pipes for winter when they were done. I left feeling like I had a new plumber and I got a fair deal out of it. It’s like your AC or your car; you tend to be over a barrel it seems when it comes to these issues, and it is nice to see that there are companies out there that are honest.

These reviews are fake. They’re literally trashy and nothing like described in the reviews. Run while you can. There are so many other places that will do a good job. I’ve learned my lesson. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Crystal left a voicemail this evening asking me me to call back if I have a property that is “within their service area.” These people are untrained and unprofessional — complete waste of time.

All of the above. Micah and Curtis came to our house and had our issue fixed in one hour. We had JMP come out and they said it would be $15,000.00 without listening to my husband explaining to them what he felt the problem was. Micah and Curtis told us what they thought the problem was and it was the same thing my husband was telling John MP. Before we knew it our problem was taken care of and it cost less them $250.00. Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Awesome company to hire for HVAC issues. Jay was very professional and patient in explaining our issues. He taught us how to program our thermostats to avoid future issues. He sent the invoice for our service exactly when he said he was going to. We would definitely hire them again!

We just had our ac serviced by Mark today and he was great!!! He explained everything to me very detailed and made sure I understood what needed to be done! He will be installing our water heater tomorrow and I know he will do an excelent job. We will be requesting him again for sure!

Mr. Sword came out for an appointment to check on a walk-in tub installation for a person in a wheelchair who needs it asap. He said he would get a quote even after we said that we were fine with going ahead with the repairs. And then there was no communication at all for 2 weeks, even after multiple emails, text messages, and calls. This put us behind schedule on installation.Now he says he won't take the job when it was his lack of communication back to us.Unprofessional, not responsive, avoid at absolutely any and all cost.

Call Another plumbing company before calling after hour plumbing was told was really not important and they was not taking new customers, they only deal with high end clients. 500.00 is high to remove and not replaced or repair anything,.

Worst customer service in the industry. I cannot imagine a reason why I would ever hire them for anything.
