My plumber from Wedgeworth took the time to explain my plumbing issue and was patient and methodical in his work. He was able to complete the work at a discount from what others had quoted me. I had a positive experience and would use them again.

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.

Do not count on them to do what they say. They Haven't one time made it to an appointment they scheduled continued to be lied to day after day. Do not. Do not use this company our headache continues as I am writing this review. Still after 3 days waiting on a manager or supervisor or somebody who actually gives a #%$@ to call us back. If you wish to hv the job done right and feel like your a valued customer do not use Turbo home service'sAnd then you get the cookie cutter response on the review. Please contact our office to resolve issue. I've literally contacted the office everyday.6 days in a row

This was a great buying experience. The service was excellent and when the guys came to install, they were professional , put down drop cloths and there was no mess and when they left there was no mess. They were friendly and knew there stuff. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

My leaky toilet bowl was successfully repaired by the plumber. Even without being asked, he fixed a holder for my bidet spray. Very a great man! He contacted me again to see if he could arrive sooner. fantastic customer service.

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.

Their water heaters are so efficient that I was able to downsize to a smaller unit and still meet the hot water demands of my household. It's great for saving space and money.
