Best Service Calls in Houston TX

My home was effected by the Winter Storm, I had alot of damage. I called on Paul Richard Electric during each phase of restoring my home. Larry, David and Jose were the techs that serviced my home. They were all friendly, on time, professional and knowledgeable. All of them explained to me the work they were completing. The price was reasonable. Based on my experience with this company; I definitely will refer them. Thanks Guys!

Elvis and Joel are both great people. They came out to my business to replace the cable TAP box and had all of my tenants lights turned back on in no time.

Asked for a quote to change out about 62 outlets and switches. I told them I would provide the outlets and switches. Guess how much their estimate was!! $8,876.50. !!!!I found other companies that only charged $1000.Pls don't waste your time with this company.

They did good work but their prices are not competitive. They also quoted me one price and realized their quote was wrong after arriving and tried to increase the labor price by $200. Ultimately, they honored their origins price, but it was an unnecessary headache. They then quoted other work at $850 that another master electrician did for $275.They do great work. You can get the same done for much cheaper by equally competent electricians though.Edit*** owner reply is false.The difference in price was not related to a difference in distance. The electrician did ask where I wanted the charger, I gave him a location and said ultimately I did not care.I was told by the electrician at my house that you accidentally quoted a nema 14-50 outlet instead of the Tesla charger and the Tesla charger was $200 more. I asked the reason for the price increase and was told it was “just your rate.”You were not going to honor your original quote for the charger directly below my breaker box until after 3 calls to your office.

Did excellent work replacing my residential breaker box. Top notch service!

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.
