Jose and his crews did an excellent job rerouting a drain line and venting as well as re-piping my 50 year old kitchen from galvanized to pex. They cleaned up after themselves, tarped off the area, and were very professional while they were in my home. Lauren was very responsible and quickly addressed a minor problem while everyone was here. I’m looking forward to working with them again!

I have been through many so called plumbers but it was worth it to end up finding these guys. Leonard and his guy hooked up my new kitchen sink with disposal. Hooked up my bathroom sink. Fixed the leak on the main shut off valve for the house, re did all the connections (leak from the first plumber I used years ago). All of this cost less than what the guy who left the leak charged me. These guys enjoy their work and take pride in the work they do. Very knowledgeable and attention to detail is unmatched. I’m scheduled to have them come back to do my 13 year old water heater. These are my guys from now on.

Hired these guys to repair a gas line leak on my commercial property. They cut the electrical line in the process because the neglected to mark the lines first and wouldn’t stand good for the electrical repair or at the very least admit fault. They also damaged the water line, repaired it but did not adequately winterize it like it was and now I have a busted water line. This ended up costing me several thousand dollars more than budgeted and took three times the amount of time to repair. Bottom line, make sure they mark before they dig! I would not recommend TDT and will not do business with them again.

He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage, and a leaking pipe). He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob. Byrds maintenance provided excellent service from setting up the appointment to arriving on time to get the work done. I called for a shower head leak, and they came out right away, fixed it, better than it was, left and was so kind, informative and professional. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

The technician was timely and quick and and very efficient. He has to come out twice because I wasn't ready, and I got no complaints! They did great service and were very responsive whenever I called or had a question and even when I forgot to respond myself. It was a great value for the service I got. The next time I have an issue I'll call them directly instead of going through my home warranty company!
