Best Repair Broken Pipes in Houston TX

Excellent customer experience from start to finish. My initial call was after hours yet I received an immediate phone call to schedule my service. I received both a phone call and text prior to the plumber’s arrival. The text had full name, bio and picture of the plumber. David was able to explain my problem and potential options to resolve my issues. He was informative and polite the entire time in my home. He cleaned up prior to leaving. He did an excellent job and highly recommended him for anyone’s service needs.

Everyone we spoke to was nice and friendly, and the plumber was on time to appointment and pleasant to deal with.

Service was pleasant but expensive. We got the Inlet Valve fixed on the side of house that cost $1100. The problem was common he said and the Valve breaks all the time on homes. It required the plumber to dig up and cut and replace the pipe with a new copper valve that will be more durable for the future and he Insultaed the pipe for cold weather.

Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!I appreciated Eric’s honesty, knowledge and professionalism and am happy to recommend him and Lucky’s Plumbing

Hired these guys to repair a gas line leak on my commercial property. They cut the electrical line in the process because the neglected to mark the lines first and wouldn’t stand good for the electrical repair or at the very least admit fault. They also damaged the water line, repaired it but did not adequately winterize it like it was and now I have a busted water line. This ended up costing me several thousand dollars more than budgeted and took three times the amount of time to repair. Bottom line, make sure they mark before they dig! I would not recommend TDT and will not do business with them again.

Highly professional, walked us through every step of the project, transparent billing, Jose provided all of the materials, and finished the project the same day. They cleaned the area nicely and gave us instructions on future projects. Excellent service, Highly recommended. Oh and great pricing, most affordable out of 5 other estimates. We had an emergency on a Saturday during a holiday weekend and called with little hope. Matt came out that evening, found the cause. He gave us the plan, an estimate and was back at 8am the next morning with a crew to fix our disintegrating pipe (on a Sunday). One call has gained a customer for life. Thank you so much!

I'm happy to have found this guy. Chris Perot turned out to be a good, caring plumber - like in the old days. He's an independent plumber with his own stocked van. He answered his own phone, came out quick, and fixed all my small problems right away (a kitchen drainline stoppage, and a leaking pipe). He is coming back later to fix a broken shower knob. During the installation of my shower, this plumber was of great assistance. He was successful in locating the pipes that were concealed and adjusting the shower head so that there was no longer any leakage or any damage caused by water. Both of us were really amazed with his abilities and professionalism, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

Rip off artist charge a friend $250+ for a plumbing repair that took me 10 mins to rectify, avoid this scam artist at all cost, doesn't even deserve one star.

A reputable plumber should offer some kind of guarantee on their work. Make sure you understand what is covered and for how long before you hire them.
