This was my annual A/C check up (via my BAM membership) and Noe was great!! Professional, on time and answered all my questions.

The main water line connecting my house to the city broke and was leaking tons of water. After contacting the city and learning that it was my responsibility to fix, I called Houston plumbing services and they came out that afternoon to assess the damage and provide an estimate for the job.Leonard arrived and stopped the leak temporarily, letting me know the cost. Since it was the afternoon by that time and the pipe needing replacing, the real work needed to start the next day. When morning came, Leonard and his assistant came bright and early and did an amazing job for a fair price, finishing in the early afternoon. They left my plumbing better than it was even before the leak. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Needed my house repiped and got a quote from Abacus and Aaron's, and Aaron's was almost half the price of Abacus. After the job I see why it was so much cheaper. A two day job turned into a 5 day job because the first two days the crew kept having to leave to take care of some stuff and in the first two days they only worked about 3 hours. On the third day they got halfway through and then they ran out of connections and it was too late to go pick more up. Water had to stay off over the weekend (for a total of 4 days) and they didn't start work on Monday until almost 1pm and finished at 8pm. After they left I tested all my fixtures and they forgot to run pipe to my half bath, and my yard sprinkler system no longer works. It seems like people have had better experiences with this company but this is just extremely unprofessional work. I won't be using them again.

I picked this business because of all the good reviews and I'm glad I did. I have a new A/C company as of today.Super friendly and competent. They send a picture of the service person and his name before the visit. Highly Recommended.

Sean came by and was very punctual. Had the unit running in seconds. We turned the unit off. He walked me through what he found. The concern was that the main power terminals to the attic unit pull disconnect was not sound. I completed the electrical repair myself by replacing the disconnect box. Their cost was very reasonable at $40. Additional cost to me $9. I will use them again!

Christian came out to assess a tripped thermostat and quickly identified the root cause. He then presented me with different repair options and costs tiers, carefully explaining each one and the benefits. After making a decision, he returned to again explain what it was he was going to repair and completely the work both timely and with high regard for the quality. Sink had low water pressure. Technician came out and diagnosed the problem to be sediment stuck in the sink and shower. Told us we needed new cartridges for shower and sink. I get a call from my home warranty saying the service won't be approved because Kintex is saying my entire house needs to be re-piped. They are a scam. Dont trust them. They will lie to you.
