I give them one star because they came on time and seem to have fixed the issue. However, I cannot give them any more because I was made to agree to a high price as they told me it would take the whole day. Instead they left in 3.5h including the time for lunch, and I ended up paying $750 for the job at a lawyerly rate of 250/hr. Needless to say I will not use them again.

From my frantic call to Emily with a broken sewer line to the finished job reviewed today, Lucky's Plumbing fulfilled their promise to provide great work with personalized service. Eric was able to come out within hours to identify the problem, assist me with getting the appropriate 811 clearance and the entire crew did a remarkable job replacing the line. It took a few days and the job site was consistently neat, clean with safety tape by the open areas. I highly recommend Lucky's Plumbing and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs (although I am hoping that will not be for awhile!) Thanks again to Emily, Eric, Daniel, Brandon & the rest of the crew for the hard work!

Eric from TDT Plumbing was excellent. Fixed my noisy pipes in less than 30 minutes. I had previously had two plumbers come out who tied my pipes down to fix the issue. After 2 years i’m finally able to sleep at night with no crazy noises coming from my attic! THANK YOU!!

Please stay away from this company! Do not use them. I found them on Yelp, and decided to use them based on the reviews. They installed a water heater last April 2020 and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. I have called them numerous times because it is still under warranty, and they are giving me the run around. They don't pick up my phone calls anymore! I had paid over $1300 for this brand new Rheem water heater. Please save your money and use a reputable company. I don't understand how they have good reviews!!!!! I am reporting them to BBB.Response to owner reply: Don’t you want customers to return to you for service? Perhaps you are correct in your description of the warranties. The issue is that you were too occupied with deflecting blame and not concerned with fixing our problem. After repeated calls, promises from your representative that you would call us back, we received nothing for two weeks. Of course we had the option to call another plumber, and we are now exercising that option. You asked why we are mad, and the answer is that we thought we had developed a business relationship with a company that cared about honoring and growing that relationship with their existing customers. We were wrong.

I am a contractor and I have used them many many times for all kinds of plumbing work. I use them because I know that I will have peace of mind that the work will be done right the first time and that we won’t have any problems in the future. Great crew to work with.

First appointment was a no show. Second appointment, never called to give an estimate. Continually dropped the ball.

I wanted to switch back to a gas stove, but was worrried about the capped gas line and hook up. M&M came out, checked the line and then hooked up my new stove and even re-lit my water heater pilot light when done. They didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need and did great work at a reasonable price. Solid friendly folks!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

I'm quite happy with what they did. They are highly competent, efficient, and performed a terrific job cleaning the kitchen sink and fixing the kitchen flooring that had been damaged by water. I've utilized their services three times, and each time, I've been more than happy with the excellent results! They meet all standards in every way.

They did a great job. Was complete and took care of the issue. Showed me areas to keep an eye on and did not push anything I didn't need. Highly recommend him.

I have a leak that has caused the ceiling to collapse. They sent a plumber out and he could not find a leak. So the plummers sent out an a/c repair company. The a/c repair company came out and said it's definitely a plumbing problem. So today the plummers have come back out again and said that it's a plumbing problem but they are not allowed to get on the roof. I can see the pipe under the a/c unit just open it and fit it. Nope they can not open it cause he can't get on the roof. There has been nothing but back and forth with this company and pointing blame at the other company. I need a leak fixed that is all yet no one seems to want to fix it. Today when I asked the plummer who is going to fix the drain he just said my home warranty will have to figure that out. Thos has been going on for 3 weeks now.
