Jonathan was amazing! We had just moved into our new house and suddenly noticed the tub and shower stall appeared to be filling with sewer water. It was nearly 9 PM, I called, and we had Jonathan onsite around 10 PM. He was polite, informative, and fast! He remedied the problem as best he could, and advised us that we had roots effecting our plumbing. He set us up to have a full check and quote for repairs within the week. He did not seem at all concerned by how late he had to service our property. I could not have asked for a better experience!!

They had a plumber over in 20 minutes and it was fixed right away. We never have to call them back because they fix it right the first time. Their prices are reasonable. They are a great company with great staff.

Did not show up on time, plumbers did not understand how a loop system works. Told me would be an additional day to make repair due to there inexperienced technicians.

I wanted to switch back to a gas stove, but was worrried about the capped gas line and hook up. M&M came out, checked the line and then hooked up my new stove and even re-lit my water heater pilot light when done. They didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need and did great work at a reasonable price. Solid friendly folks!

OneCall handles all my ac, plumbing and electrical needs. Always happy with their people and work. All their workers are great, but Bobby is wonderful. He's a let's get this taken care of now kind of guy. Did have a hiccup with fairly new water heater but Bobby is on it and going out of his way to get this taken care of today. Since I have no family in Houston, I think of these folks as my family. I can't imagine doing business with anyone else.

VIP Plumbing was an absolute joy to work with from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair. The office staff was extremely friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. They actually called me back when they said they would! The technicians that came to my home were equally as kind and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the repair that I needed was outside and it was raining. The technicians worked diligently over a period of days to get the repair done despite the weather. I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave a review for VIP Plumbing because I had such a positive experience with them. During the freeze in Houston where most plumbers either over priced or were not available this company stopped, and took care of my water leak on the spot. Mr. Sword is disabled unfriendly, inappropriate, comes out and promises something and has no honor nor integrity in keeping his word. When called, emailed and texted he and Christine refuse to get back to you and then when asked what is going on he refuses to take a call or take a job at any price at all. Inappropriate to knowingly strand one in a wheelchair with zero options. Christine will also hang up on you when politely calling. Use him at your own peril. I have all documented and would be happy to share.

Verry Professional and courteous, They also gave me and explained to me in detail on what he was doing and why My gas piping needed to be updated up to code. And these guys corrected the issues. I trust quality ofthere work and would heartily recommend them to any one. why.He was neat and cleaned up after his work upon jib completion.

John Cantu was very personable and helpful. Thouroughly explained 3 options and got us set up for next day repair. Could not have asked for better service. We have used John Moore previously and expected quality service and they delivered!

We had major water damage and very last minute. These guys came asap. I cannot stress how amazing they were! Fixed all repairs and even more that popped up. They took their time plus were patient. Price was fair and affordable. They truly helped when we needed it! Highly recommend!
