Used this company for a washer leak and they came out a couple days after I called. They were prompt, polite, told me what the issue was and begun on the work after I confirmed I wanted to go forth. They were clean also which is a plus, they didn’t leave work for me to clean up after they were done, so thank you for that. Bluefrog was the second plumber I called in for a badly clogged kitchen sink. After 2 hours of trying to unclog, the first plumber told me that the line was probably broken and he needed to run a camera line in to determine where the break was - $$$$. I called bluefrog for a second opinion and their plumber had it cleared and draining perfectly in short order using a water pressure machine for a fraction of the previous estimate! He was friendly, personable and highly professional to boot! Highly recommend!

I thought I had a problem with the backflow valve for our sprinkler system and needed to have it repaired. Out of the 6 companies I checked with, Acosta plumbing was the only one that took time to ask me questions on what I’m seeing and even called to explain things and asked me to try a couple things first to see if it is really broken. It turns out after trying those few things, I did not need any repair! I appreciate the time Acosta took to give me their advice and I avoided having to pay for someone to come out to check on it due to the honesty of Acosta. Thank you!

Two exterior faucets were replaced, along with a master shut off valve. John was exactly on time for our appointment, and was very professional at determining what I needed and got everything done within two hours. I will certainly use them again.

We needed a plumber ASAP in the Bellaire area. I called Perot Plumbing and Chris answered the phone and was at our location within 30 minutes. He was quick, efficient, and kind. He fixed us all up and it only took a few minutes since he had the parts needed on hand. I would call Chris for any plumbing needs. As well as recommend Perot Plumbing to anyone.

Overall a good experience. They didn't have the parts, so they had to return about six days later. (I wasn't really surprised they didn't have the parts, so I'm not faulting them for this.) This was through Sears Home warranty, so I just had to pay for the service call. Village Plumbing wanted $2500 to repair my tub and shower, so I saved quite a bit going through Sears. The Kintex plumber was very polite and respectful.
