Best Install New Fixtures in Houston TX

Every time I have had to call for an issue they have come quickly. They are very professional and kind. I really like the way I get an estimate and updates if anything changes with the work, and the pictures to prove it and show the improvement when finished. The 90 day warranty is great as well. I tell everyone about them and their great service. Luis Camacho is one of the best!!

The plumber was nice and respectful. He thoroughly inspected the issues I was having and diagnosed the problems. 2 of the issues he showed me how to fix it myself, which was very easy and quick. The main issue turned out to be a leaky roof and not a pipe. So in the end they didn't charge me anything. Very happy about the honesty and no service charge just for coming out.

Bluefrog installed whole house water filtration system and shutoff valve. They did a great job at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

After the freeze, we had some busted pipes. We got the name of Texas Plumbing 911 through a post on NextDoor. The person on ND gave Rosa our number and she called to coordinate when Texas Plumbing could come out. Once we were “on the list”, Rosa kept us informed on when James, the plumber, would arrive. James arrived on time, knew what he was doing and had the parts needed to fix the leak. After James fixed 2 leaks, he thought there was still something running, but couldn’t figure out where it was. The third leak showed up later that day but James came back and fixed it!! Great work!! We will use them again!!!

18 years ago Thomas Ibanez was recommended to me as I was building my log cabin. He installed brand new sewer and water lines including hot water heater, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and sprinkler system. I never had any plumbing problems. We were so pleased with his quality of work and work ethic I called him again when I was building my new summer home. And again I was super pleased with his knowledge and workmanship. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family.

A part that cost $39.99 each,(COMPRESSOR SAVER and DUAL CAPACITOR UP TO 80/7.5 MFD 440 )I was billed $453.48 and $457.22 respectively . Integrity and honesty goes a long way in my book. Never will i use this company again . If you want to be taken advantage of, then go ahead and risk it with Abacus .

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. Contacted Chavez Plumbing on recommendation of local highly rated HVAC Co. Told plumber - no rush, gurgling in toilet during shower. Free to come whenever, no rush. He was at my home within 30 minutes (I was at work) (was there less than 25 minutes) (I have cameras), and said no clog and I owed him $ 385.!!! Next shower, same gurgling, called another local Plumber, he came our the next day, fixed the clog, and left. Chavez Plumbing lied and cheated me. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I had plumber come out through my American home warranty plan. When the plumber arrived, he didn't have a tool in his hand or a clipboard nor name badge; I could have been letting a complete stranger into my home. Within 2 minutes of him being in my home he had already tried to upcharge me $250 and decided he was going to drop on my brand new tiled floor the flange which contained all of the wax from the Ring that goes on it. After the plumber made a big deal about the tile covering the hole where the pipe connects the toilet, I told him I can chip it away; which I did in 30 seconds. After showing him that the tile is no longer an issue, he insisted on telling whomever he was speaking to on the phone that he can't work on it because there's tile in the way. He then said my supervisor said I can't work on it I repeated so that the person on the phone could hear I remove the tile & it's no longer an issue, but he refused to work on the toilet that he was called out for. I immediately asked him to leave my home and he was more than happy to do so. It's quite obvious he doesn't like working Saturdays and didn't want to be there in the first place; he sat in the parking lot for about another 15 to 20 minutes before he left. Very frustrating very disappointing. I'm sure Kintex plumbing can do better than that, but I would never allow that man in my home again. Poor representation of what seems to be a good company, sad.
