First thing in the morning I went to turn on the lights in back of the house and heard a crackling noise and then all the electricity went out. I immediately called Wired Electric and not only did they answer the phone, but they put me on their priority list and are coming to fix the issue first thing - keep in mind that all of this took place before 6am!! Their customer service is top notch, not to mention a job well done!!

I am very picky when people do any kind of work in my house and these people were AMAZING! Even the person that scheduled the appointment was very nice and professional. I have had a lot of people make me wait all day to come to the house and they came at the top of their time frame. They gave me next day service from when I called to schedule. Oscar even showed me ways to have what I was asking for look better. The other people i got estimates from were telling me i would have sheet rock repairs when they were done and would have to hire someone else to come fix it. Oscar knew how to do the job where i was left with zero repairs when they were done which saved me a ton of money. And for anyone concerned with getting any home repairs done right now because of covid, they were very clean and wore face masks. This is now my go to company for electrical. Thank you! Thank you! With the possibility of a potential storm or hurricane moving into the Gulf next week, we were desperate in getting a backup generator inlet box for our home in order to use our portable gasoline generator safely and effectively. Within 24 hours of my phone call a two man crew from Houston Pro Electrical Services were professionally installing my equipment! They tested the system with the generator and gave us clear instructions on how to safely use the system. While they we're there we also had them replace a light switch and install a new bathroom light fixture for a nominal fee. The whole installation along with the extras took them no longer than 3 1/2 hours. We were impressed, thank you!

Jolt installed a whole house generator for me. I paid for the generator upfront which was ~half of the cost, then the balance after install. Marilu took care of the administrative part dealing w/ permits & CenterPoint Energy. Vladimir handled the install. They both did a great job & made the process as painless as possible. They're also both very friendly & great about addressing any questions or comments I had.
