Josh Cruz was very courteous and explained what work needed to be done and he also gave me an estimate on re-locating the drain line from my A/C. I am very pleased with the promptness of him coming out. I highly recommend Mission A/C and plumbing.

I had used this company before to get an evaporator coil replaced. They were fast and did what I requested. However this time when I requested the capacitor be replaced on my condenser unit they have charged me $350 to replace a bad breaker that was hot and tripping. The breaker was hot because the capacitor is bad. The replacement breaker is used and appears older than the existing breakers in the box. My AC still does not work because they did not diagnose the issue nor do what I requested of them. I am happy to update review once service is performed satisfactorily.

On Monday of this week our AC stopped blowing air through our house. My landlord used his preferred company to come check things out. Long story short the problem was misdiagnosed from the beginning costing my landlord a new blower and circuit board when the problem was just a bad circuit board. My landlord's company installed the blower no problem but when it came time to connect the circuit board, these guys were in over their head. My first clue that the young man was clueless, was when he stated I wasn't expecting so many wires. By 7pm Thursday night I had enough and asked the young men to leave as they could not get the board working, I was very tired by this time. I called One Call Service the following morning. They sent two experienced technicians Henry and Bobby out the same day. They arrived early and ready to tackle my problem. Very respectful grown men! They even wore the little shoe booties. It took them less than 30 min to untangle the mess of crossed wires and get the AC running. Kudos to One Call Service for a very quick turn around and problem solving!!

Im glad i called Got Flow to come out and service my AC unit. They were available the same day and got my AC running. Chris came out on a timely manner and took his time to explain and show me what was going on. I will definitely be using them again.

Brandon did a great job, he was courteous and professional. I really appreciated that he read the notes on the order that I would be running a bit late. He was nice enough to call and let me know that he arrived ahead of time and to not worry. Brandon also gave some suggestions about how to keep my HVAC drain clear for the future.

Called Acosta Plumbing for a quote on some work. They dispatched someone within 20 min and the job was quoted quickly and professionally. While Im not ready to pull the trigger on the work now, I was blown away by the quick response. They are definitely on my list for plumbing work in the future.

I originally called Turbo out for just an air conditioning evaluation, but Kenneth helped me understand how my system was running and what I was missing. He was very professional and personal. Kenneth helped me with a fast test to my system, and immediately noticed some ductwork issues I had missed. There is a lot of AC repair services in Houston, but there is no a lot of them whit 24 hr service, this people save me from summer few months ago, i really recommend.
