Jimmy Ortutay with Mission AC and Plumbing is my go-to plumber. We have had several problems through the years and Jimmy has always been exceptionally helpful. He explains very clearly what caused the problem and what he has to do. He is patient and friendly in answering all questions and if there are options available, he will tell you. I highly recommend Jimmy for all your plumbing needs.

UPDATE: we have used Turbo twice since they helped during the freeze and have been very happy with their continued service.Most recently we had them repipe our house and could not be happier. I have used them for several repairs (fireplace gas supply, hot water heater replacement, repiping, pipe repairs). They always arrive when they say they will, come prepared to complete the job and provide friendly service. While I don't enjoy actually paying the bill, their prices are affordable, and it is definitely worth it for good quality service and techs that respect your time.

Mr Will and Crew are true professionals. Mr. Will was able to diagnose my problem and start work a couple days later. Cost was a bit high, but team was very detailed oriented and took no short cuts, much appreciated!

Gentleman went through procedures to diagnose my source of leakage. Pinpointed it correctly at the inlet valve of the dishwasher. But he does not work on appliances. So he disconnected the inlet valve/water line to the dishwasher until we could get it fixed. Did not charge for his trip.

Travis came out, found that my toilet flange was broken causing a leak from my toilet upstairs leaking to the downstairs also found that there was a leak in the connections once he did that I had him check my water heater and found that there was a leak in the water heater, and that it was not done up to code so they replaced it at a very good price and I’m very pleased with the service !!!
